Yvonne Strahovski, but I am biased.
Yes sir! I totally forgot that she is Australian; I'm a big Chuck fan, so I'm used to hearing her speak with an American accent. Which she pulls off very well!
If by evil you mean bad ****! Nothing is cooler then an australian accent. It's cool, sexy, and tough all at once, I don't think any other accent is all three so strongly.
I HIGHLY suggest you watch Chuck it's a great TV show, and Strahovski is a freakin goddess.

Carrie-Ann Moss is best known for playing Trinity in The Matrix. She wasn't in Star Wars. You're thinking of Carrie Fisher, who played Princess Leia.Typhaeon wrote...
Hell, I didn't even know that Aria was voiced by Carrie-Ann Moss. I guess the old Star Wars crowd really do nail the voice acting gigs, with Mark Hamill being the quintessential Joker.
I guess I haven't gotten far enough but I'm kinda disappointed not hearing Keith David yet, if he's still in it.

Kal'Reegar is Adam Baldwin I believe. Another Chuck actor. I also thought that character seemed out of place since most Quarians I have seen so far have heavy accents and weren't so soldier like. I just chalked it up to Quarians being more diverse that I originally envisioned them. The Demonologist wrote...

The only character I feel is odd for his VO work is Kal'Reegar. Clearly its his writing, because the style of him and his VO is like the oddball Quarian who doesn't really feel like he's -really- a Quarian. That said, given with what he had to work with his VO guy (whose name escapes me, apologies.) Did a great job.

Michael Hogan as Captain Bailey. I kept picturing Saul Tigh the whole time.
