Deception is never OK. We really need to start pointing this out as a society. Deception isn't cool, isn't adventurous, isn't funny. Deception is hurtful and dishonest. In any background and situation, not only BDSM, but for everyone. Some people get into the BDSM scene precisely because there are far fewer chances for deception, because things have been "contracted out mutually" from the very beggining, something we hardly ever do in "normal" relationships. But when someone has been broken, disrespected, cheated, lied to, deceived, humiliated, ridiculed in a "normal" relationship setting, they are prone to wanting clear-cut boundaries and safelocks in their next endeavour.

That's what I tried to do and I think I managed to do it... with one or two exceptions. 
Kinky romances... I'd like to see more of that. Obviously, it isn't everyone's cup of tea... even more so if it doesn't involve sex (Josephine got some dislike because of her chaste romance) but it would add something new. Well, we can't do more than tell BioWare, they'll have to see if it fits for the story and the characters. 
That scene with Bull still makes me blush. A lot.
If there's more BDSM content, I'd personally prefer it to be with an LI who prefers Dom or is versatile, than one who only likes to Sub.
Just my preference, I'd rather my PC not default as the Dom. 
I think it'd be fun to have a companion who's maybe just a little bit into BDSM and isn't as bold and hardcore about it as Bull. Like it's a completely vanilla relationship with completely unremarkable sex, but then in one romance scene they turn to you and coyly ask "So...uh...how do you feel about ...restraints?" That's probably more how that kind of thing usually goes down.
