Normandy Crash site not letting me leave!

Ok so I got all 20 tags, but now it will not let me plant the memorium....it says to press F which is my leave plate keybind....well i press F and nothing happens i tried all of the places to place it still nothing plz help me because i dont want to go and replay 3 hours of gameplay....

The leave planet keybind doesn't work at all on that planet (not even if you place the memoriam) try to go to the side of the shuttle and exit from there.

Where exactly? I havn't been able to exit from anywhere?
