So I've downloaded the Black Emporium DLC but it keep getting stuck at "waiting to install".
Does anyone else have the same problem? Kinda frustrating when you've waited half a year to fix your character..

Likely just a server issue with your install, its more common on the main file and should install when access can be supported. If the download is corrupted try repair game.

Based on my experience of BE freezing the game (PS4) and a few others, I'd suggest that you delete the download and start over if you can.
