I know, I know, it's "Syndicate" now but Victory's so much better.
Anyway, from the company that has decided to bring us at least one AC game per year, and sometimes more, comes the next iteration of the franchise in the form of Assassin's Creed: Victory Syndicate. Syndicate takes place in Victorian London and you'll probably have to assassinate people. That's all we got until tomorrow when it's supposed to be announced officially.
But! We do have a bit of news. Syndicate will allow players to roleplay a female character! According to Kotaku, players will have access to two main characters: Jacob and Evie, brother and sister, who are both part of London's criminal underworld run by the nefarious Moriarty!

I do hope Evie wasn't an afterthought given the backlash Ubisoft got after that stupid unfortunate comment about female characters and animations. I would also like to believe Syndicate will fare better than Unity but if Ubisoft (French) dropped the ball with a game set in Paris, I'm not keeping my hopes up for a game set anywhere else.
