We already have Small/Medium/Large Chests for equipment, Potion Chests for those who want to buy potions exclusively - why not a chest for the various crafting materials?

A lot of players have repeatedly stressed a noticeable shortage in cloth materials particularly. With the advent of crafting Dragon Calls and respecialization tokens with the latest DLC, along with the hefty crafting cost for unlocking the new characters, I think having an option to simply acquire crafting materials directly from a chest to be bought with gold will be very helpful moving forward.

For your consideration, lovely developers. :D

With the dragonslayer update, Bioware also ninja-patched in the ability to get crafting materials from chests in game. For instance, if you are playing a game and open a chest after killing a revenant, you might see a card that looks like the potion card symbol. That means that you just got three crafting materials. It can be anything from silk to dragon webbing, and all metals too. I think perilous chests give you 6 mats as well.

This has been such a huge improvement. Every game i've played so far, people went for the chests instead of ignoring them. Plus, i've crafted a lot more armour since this update.
