Cheers for this. Constructive criticism is one thing, and I sure have my bag of issues with Bioware games, but trolling or being abusive is not only an assh*le thing to do but also probably the worst way of trying to be heard. The devs have created so many awesome characters and moments over the years, and it's good to remember to focus on that a bit more.
