What is BioWare's response to this horrid loot system?

So I just cracked open 40 something chests - and I got - well, nothing I could use. I got four uniques (not counting runes), 3 of them below level 13and the last one a level 20 with berserker trait (which makes the item useless on perilous [speaking off - berserker trait? really BioWare? REMOVE THIS!]). 40 chests equalled up to nothing but material progress - materials I can't use for anything really (because the 200 chests before that gave the same results..).

 

I sincerely hate this loot system. I have for a long time. The difference now is that I now also sincerely hate the BioWare developer team. I have never hated anyone in my life so thank you for this unique experience (since I'm not getting any uniques in the game worth using mind you!), but honestly - I could very well do without hating someone. So please do something with this horrid system - give a response that you are looking into it and are realizing that someone who plays 10 hours can get everything they want by luck, while someone who plays 250 hours get nothing they can use is an exceptionally bad concept. Please help me not hate you people. I don't like the feeling.

 

A game based on progression that lacks any progression if you are unlucky is just a terrible concept.

I don't have a major issue with the present loot system, nor the previous ME3 mp loot system.  It does not work as well in this game because unlike me3mp there is not a series of versions you can look forward to.  (As in Reegar level I vs Reegar level X)
