Bioware please patch the VO of the Avvar.

 

Cillian's voice actor may have voiced Amund the Skywatcher too but why release it in the MP pack without the voice editing?

That feggish voice from AW doesnt fit at ALL to the mighty Avaar.

Agreed.  I guess I was expecting him to sound something like the Avvar you meet in the Fallow Mire in DAISP.  Don't get me wrong, I think his voice is fine for Cilian, just expecting different for Avvar.

He is also smaller in MP i think.

Make him huge, like one Haakon "brute boss" when you want take ice wall, this one who in cinematic land from the top of the wall.
This guy was huge.

Second.

 

Bad enough they gave him the unedited voice, they shaved off his beard, powdered his face, and gave him dark red/black lipstick to boot (unless that's just my graphics card...). He's the most clownish looking character by far. And then the weakest by class design compared to Isabella and Virtuoso.

 

I had a feeling Bioware didn't like Warrior classes, but jeez...seems they couldn't help themselves here.

Does he say it any time other than when he's down? I'm not sure what he's on about either because my first thought was 'Wait, are you telling them to shoot me? Guess who's not getting a rez, friend? ZITHER!'

 

I also think it's weird that he's noticeably 'average-sized' yet he keeps calling everyone small/tiny--though I find that ridiculously endearing. 'Are you tired of bumping your head on lowlander doorframes? Join the Inquisition, we can help!' Great recruitment pitch, there.

 

Now that I've gotten used to it (as in I can actually tell the difference between him and Cillian most of the time), I think it's not so bad. And I appreciate his positivity--especially with Tamar trying to hedge in on Sidony's catchphrase.

Simply, if you want to create a big, huge, badass druid/viking, you must give him a... brutal, deep, voice. It must fits.

Can't see the flaw in this logic. Big burly guy --> deep masculine voice.

 

Even Korbin, who is half the size of Amund, has a more masculine voice.

I think they should make his voice as it was in SP, but not everyone's voice matches with what people think it should.
