I wanted to ask those who finished the game, can you tell me, without spoiling obviously, how hard is it to get the good ending ?

I really want to get it on my first try but, knowing Witcher, I am nervous I won't be able to get it.

There are 3 "main" endings for Geralt personally and the one you get largely depends on what kind of father he is to Ciri, how he reacts during 5 or 6 dialogues with her. (think carefully, my brother got the bad one by mistake)

Then there are "mini-endings" based on the choises you made throughout the story.

A screenshot from the first game and clipping? Is that the best you could do?

I don't think the outfit we wear in skyhold is prisoner garb, it looks too adorned.

Well, well...you're probably the last person on the forum I expected a link titled "life scarring sex glitch" from. :D

Of course the game has some problems, but I have the impression that they're being worked on pretty hard. And they don't just fix things at CDP:R, they put in improvements too. It would be nice to see that kind of effort from other companies too.

It is, since has never played the game. Considering in DAI I had to restart twice due to game breaking bugs and had to trade games with a friend because my search feature was broken, I think a few clipping issues is minute.

I know some have had issues with TW3, I have had but few. (Knock on wood) I have only had a couple of graphical errors.

It's funny because whenever you ask Elhanan why he posts here, he swears it's with good intentions, as he doesn't want some elements to pass to DA, but his true colors always show sooner or later.

Eh, it still to my knowledge not intended to be our default uniform for skyhold. The pajamas are horrid.

Now you're just trying too hard. Yes, the witcher like all games has occasional split second glitches. They also have a dev team who interact with the fans and are actually addressing feedback in the upcoming patch.

Something bioware has pretty much avoided with inquisition.

I hit a never ending load once after the "little red" quest. Second try it was fine. That's about it really, the game runs pretty damn well. Sometimes corpses bounce a bit, but yeah, no complaints.

The man should either try the game, or accept that others are enjoying it far far more then inquisition because it's a bigger more polished world.

I like the outfit and don't view them as pajamas, but a few more options for those that do hate the. Would have been nice.

I think it's just the color. I don't mind that color, but it's just so beige and the boots don't really match it and that nags me to no end. On female, I actually like the design-- just wish she didn't look like she is trying to wear desert camo.

If I am honest, the Ball uniform bothers me more than the Skyhold outfit. I hate it. Hate it.

Just seems that a standard, "you have to wear this and only this - NO OPTIONS" is a -1 for some of the player base.

Eeesh, that Winter Palace scenario. I was glad to get to killing venatori and not having to wear that ugly garb, for a portion at least.

I don't mind the skyhold outfit too, though I wish I don't have to wear it during judgement.

And yes gawd... the ball outfit specially if you're female quizzy I did not like at all. But apparently, they think is so cool, that you even get to craft it :/

OT: The only bug I've encountered so far was not being able to dive once *touch wood*. But a quick reload fixed that.

They give you a mask and you can't even wear it. What the frick were they thinking? Some of the design choices in DAI had my eyes rolling.

I actually thought the ball outfit looked nicer than the skyhold PJ but suppose it depends on race used.

There is no hard or easy when it comes to the optimal ending. It depends entirely on dialogue choices during certain moments with a certain person. In particular, there are 5 dialogue instances that can shape the ending.

If that was from TW1, I apologize; used a Search for TW3, and this was in the results. However, it also revealed floating horses and NPC's like DAI, floating heads, and a gif of Geralt's body parts swimming underwater. Thing is, glitches do occur for almost all games, including the two mentioned in this thread.

Also this lovely outfit:

Not really; got tips from one of them how to better place settings in my game to avoid vertigo. Seems to work well, as I am still playing currently.

Glitches do happen and I agree with that. I am curious to see where CDPR is within 8 months from the games launch myself. The current impression is that they are working hard to fix them.

With bioware it's a frustrating situation. Do I believe they want to not fix still ongoing glitches?

No, I think they may have limited staff as their focus is on DLC content and multi-player bug fixes. I'd much prefer to have them focus also on story mode glitches that are still ongoing today months later, like the male elf quizzes arms, missing amulets of power, and some others I fail to recall off the top of my head.

I wonder what they will be like eight months later, cdpr? I genuinely hope they are still focusing on eliminating bugs as a priority.

He made a mistake and admitted it. He thought that Glitch was from tw3 and not tw1.

Of course glitches occur, nothing will ever change that. The problem pointed earlier regarding the elf is that it seems more like a design choice rather than an actual bug. And it has been 8 months now and if it is indeed a bug, then it hasn't been fixed and that, in my opinion, is far too long to fix something that greatly influences your experience using this Inquisitor.

No one was even discussing the topic of "Dragon Age has glitches, but TW3 doesn't", so why feel the need to "point" it out? His post was meant to be snarky and it was a juvenile and petty. That's why he got called out on it. His mistake was not doing his research before jumping to his usual conclusions, but his intent was the same and purposeful.

Perhaps, but my own Eleven Inq looked a whole lot better then the posted pic, and I am not really gifted with the CC.

Is that not juvenile/petty too? Yeah it's irritating. We're trying to keep the conversation away from 'attacking others' to keep this thread unlocked. If he wants to be sarcastic and 'attack' tw3 let him and debate him on it.

I've done it too before, temptation is real trust me. Not even 20 pages ago I think. But someone's been rumbling about trying to lock the thread recently and I'm concerned now that it could be a possibility by taking the bait.
