Enhanced Edition.
Gah! Jesus Christ, I should have know that. Now I feel like a dummy.
Enhanced Edition.
A big awesome and free Enhanced Edition is kind of CDPR/TW's tradition. Givn the current legendary status of TW3, I couod not image how amazing TW3 EE will be.

This is the detial list of cut content of TW3's final release. Since CDPR still has 2 more years to work on TW3, I would love to see most of them being added back in EE.

So, you're thinking the new Yenn and Triss content will come out then? How long does it take for the EE to come about usually?
I can't wait too long!
Just I like said to the NG+, little pieces are starting to add up. It will be soon I hope. ![]()

"A main character called the Inquisitor (Dragon Age reference?) was worked on. He would appear in No Man’s Land, and Geralt would have the choice to kill or spare him."
Erm... what?

I do hope they bring it back in EE, and with the option to put the inquisitor to the pyre.
No, Yenna get more stuff as well. I'm really looking forward to the EE now.
Wow I didn't know, that's fantatstic
!
If they indeed do an enhanced Edition with a free upgrade, my god, I think Witcher 3 will become the hallmark of video game for me, not just for an amazing game but for an amazing studio. Fingers crossed !
Just happened to me. i was fighting some bandits I was on foot and they were on horseback. The horse kicked me!!!I flew back alittle. But i was so stunned that it actually happened. It is the attention to detail that makes this game awesome. I

I think it affects the strength of signs too, they are weaker in cloudy weather... at least there is a potion to help against that..Does the use of dynamic weather have an effect on the gameplay or is it just cosmetic or atmospheric in Witcher 3?

They have spoiled us, if there is an EE and tis not free upgrade (on PC at least) like TW2.
This will probably happen as angry peasants surrounds their HQ in Warsaw with pitchforks.

Hey guys,
Popping in with a question on save imports. I just finished my first run through TW2 (sided with Iorveth, but in retrospect, am a little unhappy with some of my decisions).
I read that while the PC has save imports, there's no benefit to doing so, because you have the option to dictate the outcomes of all the choices that mattered during the prologue. However, I'm also seeing that there are various little things that seem to carry over (like a tattoo you get during Roche's path, which I haven't started yet).
Since this playthrough hovered around 50 hours (I honestly don't know how I managed that), I'm a little burnt out on TW2, so I'm either going to take my sweet time with Roche's path and then get TW3... or, I'm going to read a summary, get TW3 this week, and do up my choices in game if the direction appeals to me, and then play Roche's path eventually, I guess.
So would you guys say it's worthwhile to actually use a save import?

I dont notice any difference besides the tattoo. This is because the save simulator is part of the story that takes place after the prologue. The tattoo flag is used as soon as the game starts. Only character fate decisions are taken into account. The state of the world and larger events are unaffected.
Well... I cant say if it is worthwhile or not. Tis basically the same except the tattoo. I'd say go ahead and play TW3 and dont burn yourself out in TW2. Trust me, you need that energy to play TW3

There's no really a save import, just a simulation. If you chose to simulate a save, around 15 min into the mainquest you meet a General that asks you some questions about some of the important things that happened in TW2.
I have no idea how to get the Roche tattoo. I didn't get one when I played TW2 and simply saying that you went his path doesn't auto add the tattoo.

There is an option to turn save simulation on/off -or- import a TW2 save when you start a new game.
certain dyed red hair crone but also hint at EE!
Is Sabrina coming back?
I get that Yennefer gets more scenes with Geralt, however it seems they tried to make Triss into this "sweet helpul lady" and Yen comes out really cold and bossy to Geralt. That's why most people that only played the games pick Triss.
It's almost like the game is pushing you to pick Triss

I only got the option to "simulate Witcher 2 save - yes or no"
There was no save import.

Nah panzer is a Yenn's lovesick dog, and meant Triss which is funny considering Yen is the actual crone both in her before magic appearance and her attitude/character.
But i guess people have weird tastes. I personally cant stand Yen in the games or in the books. Some people might but characters like her really annoy me no matter in fiction or life.

Do you have TW2 installed?
I have TW2 installed and the save files. Maybe TW3 fails to detect your save files.
Like Geralt?
Your version of geralt sure, not the one i play.
