I can't believe this comment got so many likes, the multiplayer is a freemium/pay2win tagged on, it gets "free" content to nickel and dime you, earning things without paying real world money is suppose to be a monotonous process to make you spend real world money.

 

 I've never spent a dime on both ME3 and DAI's MP (and never spend any money on F2P games in general). Of course it has a F2P model, but there is no paywall. I still play ME3's MP after all these years and I've never felt that I am being punished for not spending real money on the shop.

Yeah, I liked that, also. That's what I was doing until a couple of days ago.

 

Not that it would look awesome or anything, but I feel like the lack of a shaved head or a really close cut is a little weird. Would have liked that as an option too, just to see how it looked.

Quests and decisions that have consequences, a properly filled open world, much less pointless harvesting and looting, and much better gameplay. Also CD Projekt Red is giving out Free DLC specifically to divert from the greedy norm, putting Inquisition to shame.

 

Please don't take people's individual preferences personally here. There are a lot of things the majority of us can agree on!

Sry m8, but i disagree, i love DAI:SP, bought W3 as well ofc, but couldnt force mysef to even complete W3, it isnt just my cup of tea, but i love DAI. Dont talk for all of us pls. Its about individual preferences.

Yes! This is my Geralt as well! He looks damn fine with that scruff. I'm not a fan of the full beard because he starts to look a little like Santa. lol   

 

This actually reminds me of something. The other day I was watching some Youtube videos and the Geralt in one of the videos was wearing an ugly arse armor and the weirdest hairstyle and beard and for a moment I was like, "who is that?" because he was so different from my Geralt I didn't even considered him as... well.. Geralt. So when people say he is a set character that you can't customize and therefore it doesn't feel like your own character, I absolutely don't agree. I mean, yes, you can't change the fact that he is a male with white hair, but you can still customize him to your liking, to the point that you will start saying things like "my Geralt".

What is meant by that is: Some of us like TW3 better, some of us like DAI better, but there are a lot of things we do agree on, in spite of those differences. He is also saying that just because we disagree with someone--doesn't make their opinion wrong, so there is no need to take it personally.

Yeah, I want to keep all my books. I do keep the important ones, I do wish you could stash them. They don't cause that much weight, though.

I do stash all my trophies, which is weird, I guess lol.

It's worth noting that at the time of the OP, which was in fact before the game was even released and before anyone had any idea WHAT, if anything, it might end up doing better, this whole thing was an exercise in trolling by a few people who wanted to irritate DA fans.

It has since justified its existence many times over, however. Lot of good discussion and derpy tangents.

I have seen a lot of people come to this thread with sort of a misconception of what it is or perhaps a little protective of DA, but they held open minds and were willing to give other ideas a shot and some even played TW3 because of this thread. I have a lot of respect for those people, even if they don't always agree with me.  Okay, mushy stuff done.

Starting up inquisition for the first time in ages today for the dlc, I think it'll be hard to play after the Witcher tbh.

I also bought spoils of the qunari, which felt like how I'd imagine seppuku would feel.

Me too, feels weird...on both games actually. But I'm really looking forward to the DLC. First I'll of course wait for fan feedback.

That dwarf was forced too at sword point to use his smithing for their weapons. They only supplied him materials in exchange for his 'assistance'. Now why would they offer to rebuild his shop when they get in the new supplies? A nonhuman receiving help from Nilfgaard to rebuild his shop in exchange for his servitude? It's much more than Rad the Lad would ever offer him.

 

I'll also say this..

Remember how when in TW1 if you sided with Scoia'tel the humans who promised changes for nonhumans for the better? Remember how they instead quickly reverted those promises and instead went on to butchering and defiling more nonhumans!? Yeah, Nilfgaard isn't clean of the hand but Temeria and Redania have always had it out for nonhumans! Nilfgaard at least treats everyone nearly equally!

If his pure genuine heart doesn't sway you, than his devilish good looks trump that of Rad the Lad any day. Baldy is much younger than Emhyr yet it doesn't show. Hmph!

 

And besides, Emhyr has the better voice actor.
