No conspiracy; more negativity is expected here, as well as off topic meandering.

I guess that answered my question. There is a dialogue about them if you have Blackwall and a codex from one on her calling.
Not my question at all but ok

I would imagine that people who like dwarves and dwarven lore would enjoy it-- I am not sure why he seems to think it proves everyone else's opinions null.
A friend played the DLC and paid for it. And he wasn't too kind about his review nor did he recommend it to me.
In his words, it's basically a "15$ MMO dungeon that you complete in a few hours, and that's being generous".
And yes, he compared it to the WItcher DLC policy... Because well, you tend to do that after you played a game that left an impression on you.

Radovid waifu defenseYeah being awesome and taking anything and everything under the sun without repercussions.
On that note. I was cruissing through YT for some more infos on the major characters in W3 from 1 and 2. I accidentally clicked on Keira's fates and got too curious to leave the video. And omg... shockingly graphic. This is the kind of reactivity depending on your choice I would like for DA4. It does not have to be THAT graphic as bioware fandom seems to be a bit more sensitive. But anything close as would suffice for me.

I am on my third playthrough and still discovering different things in the game.
Just waiting for New Game+ to start my 3rd playthrough. When I'm done with it the first 10+ hours dlc will be released. Though I'm really excited for the Blood and Wine expansion. Toussaint sounded very interesting in the books and I expect it to have a very different atmosphere than Velen or Skellige.
Konrad Tomaszkiewicz:
"The expansion packs will be whole new storylines with all the elements you've got in the main story (like cutscenes, new characters, new items, new Gwent cards) and many, many more. They will be quite long. The first expansion will be around 10 hours and the second expansion will be around 20 hours... and I think it's possible that they will be bigger, because it's always like this (that when we plan some time or hours, it's twice or something like this), but I'm not promising anything right now. And even now, if you sum up this 10 to 20 hours and you compare it to The Witcher 2, it's almost the size of The Witcher 2. And it will be cool, it will be new stories, it will be very emotional stories and I think that people will be happy"
We get at least 30 hours of (high quality, if the main game is any indication) content for 25$. I bet it will be even significantly more. I really miss old-fashioned "dlc" like Awakening and hope Blood and Wine will bring it back.
Thank you everyone for your opinions on the deep roads dlc. I have decided to buy Everybody's Gone to the Rapture instead, I will wait and see if the dlc comes down in price to around £5 as it sounds like it really isn't worth the price it is at the moment. Not sure my arthritic fingers can cope with the described boring combat button mashing either, I was really hoping it would at least have a decent story and choices that matter, new banter etc, had enough silent game play in the main games without paying for more of it.
I am still loving Witcher 3, loving the difference that different choices make, this time ISpoilerI am on my third playthrough and still discovering different things in the game.
Good to see another likes to do some advanced research before spending their funds. Although I differ in the conclusion, I understand it, and still apply the same right as an informed consumer to skip on titles that I will likely not enjoy.

I gotta say, I'm still not sure whether it is worth buying the DLC yet, but it seems at least it is provided with sweet battle music. Very glad to hear that !

I only got about an hour and a half into it last night before passing the hell out (I didn't get it downloaded and installed till 10 pm, but also admittedly because I've been staying up too late for the past 2 weeks every night playing TW3...). But it's very good so far. Great atmosphere, looks beautiful, and finally, finally dwarf stuff. And the fights are fun so far (but then, I'm a huge fan of DAI's combat).
If you like dwarf stuff in DA and are sick to death of goddamn elves like I am, I think it's worth picking up. I don't know how long it is yet, but I don't put much stock in folks who rage on and on about its length. They did it for JoH too, which is something I took my sweet time on to savor and got a good 12 hours of gameplay from it.

My goodness, I haven't played DAI in months now and I forgot how flashy and sparkly the combat is. Watching that video made my eyes hurt. But yes, nice soundtrack. Too bad nothing about DAI excites me anymore, not even the deep roads.
Speaking about music. I just can't stop listening to this one. It's beautiful.
I can't praise the game enough for it's music. Not only is it gorgeous and remarkable but also unique. There is no other game I know (except for Witcher 1 maybe) with a even similar music style.

This is an accurate statement. The music in TW1 was on my list of 4 things that were terrific, and they absolutely kill it in TW3 (TW2 was less memorable so far, though the Vergen bgm grew on me).
This one is really nice, but unreleased probably means it's not on the OST that came with the game, huh.

I think it is indeed faire to say Witcher 2's music was a bit less iconic, however, Witcher 2 still holds the torch for having the best theme and menu music...like ever:

The Witcher 2 music was indeed unremarkable imo. More the typical western rpg music. It's difficult to describe but I always got the feeling they wanted to make it sound "epic", which is is the same approach the dragon age games went. The posted music above for example sounds great but also too ordinary imo.(though it fits with the game)
While the Witcher 3 music is rather mysterious, melancholic and unexcited but also very remarkable and iconic. The combat music very much differs from that with it's aggressive vocals. You can clearly hear the slavic influence in the Witcher 1 and 3 music, while most of the Witcher 2 music could fit in any game developed by a western company.
