If you're going for PC now would be a very good time.
I still have a lot of other stuff to play.
Has there been any big edition announced yet? Because that would be good for me.

Oh, I had no idea it was cheap. *still stuck in console mode*
Hmm, yeah, Steam seems pretty good. Too bad it expires June 1. I don't have the cash atm.
To be fair, both Shadow of Morder and Wolfenstein: The New Order are really great games. The latter in particular really should have been GOTY 2014, as far as I'm concerned, if only for the chance to fight LASER SPACE-NAZIS ON THE MOON.
I like Shadow of Mordor and Wolfenstein more than Inquisition. Nemesis system was neat in SoR and Wolfenstein was the surprising hit in 2014. I expected it to end up same as CoD and BF campaigns did, but it was nothing like that.
The game has huge levels, you are allowed to explore, it doesn't bind you to scripted events, most of the stuff you do is by yourself, it has secrets and on top of that the gunplay was satisfying and it has a really good plot for an FPS game. It's also a huge proof to any people who said that FPS games should only contain MP nowadays... Wolfenstein and Doom disagree.
Go to GOG, which is the digital front of CDPR. Current TW3 + season pass is 50 AUD.

I don't know why I didn't look there. Forgot I had the older games on GOG.

Wolfenstein is a prime example of FPS done right and like you said, it didn't even need the MP part.
I mean, in which game can you dual wield shotguns and massacre nazis to the sound of alternate reality Beatles that sing in German?
Yes, they even went through trouble of emulating like 70% of the 60s music at the time and how it would sound if Nazis took over. The attention to detail, from gameplay, gunplay to aesthethics is simply amazing. ![]()
I had no idea Wolfenstein was good. I heard Doom was. I'll put them on my list..
If they remake Quake though, they'd have to bring back multiplayer, I think.

And perhaps one of the most important things about New Vegas, something that I think KBomb will appreciate, is that it has choices that matter to the overall story.
I haven't played Wolfenstein yet, I keep meaning to but other things keep popping up for me, I will get around to it. But I did play Shadows of Mordor and I had more fun with it than I did with DA:I. The Nemesis system was just simply fantastic.
Indeed, and all the factions were pretty interesting. While it seemed like in Fallout 4, the developers went out of their way to portray the bad sides of their factions (I'm looking at you, Brotherhood), in New Vegas, everyone's agenda made some measure of sense, and there were legitimate reasons for supporting all of them. Even the Legion, as utterly monstrous as it is, has a logic to its actions. It's a twisted, cruel @^*$ed-up logic, but it's there. (Compare to, say, the Institute, whose actions make no sense whatsoever).
And yeah, the Nemesis System is fantastic. Monolith always has really good AI in their games.

That was a very nice world-building touch, as even as someone who's not into that era's music, I quite liked it.
I wanna play this Wolfenstein now.
GET PSYCHED.
I loved the play so much. He really is horrible and I love how they made that seem so endearing. They did an excellent job of really humanizing Geralt this time.Just hit the quest "Cabaret", and between that and "The Play's The Thing" I had quite a good laugh at Geralt trying to act. He parodies himself

(Hope that isn't too spoilerish)
I really enjoy the Novigrad side of things. Granted, there is a lot to do there and it's long winding, but there is a lot of fun to be had.

Patch 1.20 is live, get ready for B&W!!!
Well, it looks as if Xbox fixed the issue. Blood & Wine is preloading as we speak.! Only issue is that's pouring rain and should last most of the day. My internet turns super icky when he rains hard. So...should be done by Tuesday morning--afternoon. Shouldn't complain though; it's a head start.
Patch 1.20 is awesome, the new UI is way too sexy and the water/foliage has been improved as well. Now, all I need is B&W!
Wait, so are these changes beneficial for someone starting the game all over?
