Some surprising stuff does from HoS, like Iris and the pointdexter glasses. I would have thought they were considered quest items, but apparently not.

I think everything from BW does too, including the mutations.

Thank you for answering. I just finsihed the dlc and now I am torn between having another round of TW3 or jumping back into Fallout 4 to play with some mods. Decisions. Decisions.

Edit: I am going to be playing Uncharted 4, as well, but I can only play the PS4 every now and then since my guy has basically claimed ownership of it.

I jumped right back into NG+, since it is the only way to cure my after-TW3-depression.  CDPR you monsters, I just can not say goodbye to Geralt yet.

Yeah, okay. It's round two with Geralt. I will go with Yennifer this time, since I have only romanced her once. Though, Triss is still my girl.

It is good they are smart enough to say goodbye to a protagonist before his countless adventures start to build up too much, you start to grow numb to the stories and you start to get the feeling developers are milking the franchise past the maximum.

Geralt has traveled a enormous journey already when you count the books too.

Let him rest already.

So I am not a huge fan of Witcher 4 idea especially if Geralt is protagonist again.

I would rather see CD project RED re-making the trilogy again at some point. Making all the three games grapically to the same level and releasing them all to consoles too.

They could carefully add to them all the things CD Project has learned in its long journey to the AAA developer. For example re-writing the trilogy plot even better and coherent so the three games would not seem so much like separate stories but a one long awesome adventure like the Mass Effect Trilogy.

Better save import would be nice too so the previous choices in previous games would matter more and make some very variable world states to the playthroughs.

Well we know its the end of Geralt's story; they have been clear on that. They might make another witcher game but not going to be about Geralt. Perhaps they might visit their idea of a newly created witcher as was the original plan for witcher 1.

Even then with their dev time we wont hear anything about a new game other than Cyberpunk till 2021.

I'd love to see another Witcher game, but this should really be Geralt's last adventure. If there is another Witcher game they should just go with new protagonist from a different Witcher school.

A witcher game without Geralt would feel really strange i think, and would rather they leave the franchise well alone. In a lot of ways I feel the same with DAO. Without the Warden, it never felt the same however much they prettied up the game.

Mass Effect is a different one. The reason I am still excited for Andromeda is the protagonist is not 100% fixed. In the trilogy, yes you are Shepard but you have a cc, so the going into Andromeda won't be all that weird. While with Witcher, well...Geralt IS The Witcher from across 3 games and the books.

Anyway, by what the cyberpunk creator talked about cross polenation, I think we will see him and or Ciri there :)

I would love a new Witcher game with or without Geralt in a foreseeable future. But right now, I can't wait to get my hands on the separate GWENT!

So I never thought that this game would ever give me a non Witcher sword that I would actually use over Witcher gear weapons.  Then...I received Aerondight.  Nice freaking sword.

Oh yes that is a nice sword. I'm quite fond of the Iris you get from Olgierd too...that charged up heavy attack is brilliant against shieldbearers and it also sends the other dudes flying  ^_^

I wouldn't mind a prequel.  Back when there were a lot of Witchers and the schools were up and running.  I think that might be fun...or at least have us be another Witcher who is deciding to get a school going.  Either way and I would be happy.

I just finished a second play through (stuck mostly to the main story this time) and it was still incredible.  I loved how they gave us three endings but also different ways to go about getting to them. I hated the first ending I got, I love this second one more.

My Canon Ending:

A prequel actually makes sense and would do a lot to shake up the setting. Especially if it includes a semi-defined protagonist, because they aren't going to top Geralt when it comes to a set character. It would be really hard at any rate, as they won't be standing on Sapkowski's shoulders if they start from scratch.

I admit, raven haired Geralt is pretty yum.

Dettlaff was scary. He would be rational one minute and then completely insane the next. He is just too unstable for my liking. He doesn't just kill someone, he acts like he is making butter.

True he did lose his temper but I think he had a pretty good reason. Overall, he was fairly rational considering the circumstances.  As for his killing style. He was told to kill them in different ways. One just so happened to be butter style. lol!

Man I'm wishing I didn't squander so much money early on. Lots to spend crowns on in both expansions. Next run I'll be saving up from the start. I loved Warble of a Smitten knight. It was so poetic up to the end, and then...quite cynical. I can walk away knowing I did the right thing but poor Guillaume.

My lvl 64 had like 250k + but I totally run out upgrading all my gears plus runewright. Those are very expensive!

How in the world is having that much oren's possible? I was always broke, I would have chalked it up to my Geralt having a horrible Gambli- I mean Gwent addiction except he became a gwent master in my game; I think he was itching to ask Eredin and Gaunter for a match.

Anyway, earlier today I was taken out by some bandit archer and when I thought I was dead and would have to reload, Geralt suddenly woke up and a notice on the screen said I lost some coin, well, it was more like all of it..... I reloaded anyway because no way was I going to let that happen but I have literally never experienced that before. Has this happened to anyone else? Can you seriously be robbed in this game or was that a bug?

I'm very curious how the just announced remaster of Skyrim is going to impact this. I'm also curious why Beth didn't just go ahead and announce a remaster of Morrowind as opposed to five year old Skyrim.

Not that I'm necessarily complaining - although I'm a little irritated considering I have toiled long and hard to mod my game to perfection, and I'm not sure whether most or all of the old mods will work with this new one.

However, I am excited at the prospect of not bumping up against the damn 4gb ceiling and having to resort to voodoo trickery to run everything stably (stable-ish?). And owners of the PC version will be getting it for free. Snap.
