The nobles act as poorly as the lower classes; sorry. The upper classes may dress better, but there is no variety there, or in much of the environs. The same scenery rolls on and on over the same beaten path for much of the game.
I just loaded up the game and spent some time walking around upper Novigrad. I have not seen one person urinate, curse or belch. No variety? I see very well kept houses, clean cobble stoned streets and brightly colored decorations. A vast difference from the slums and docks. Maybe you can contact that Youtuber you watch and ask him to show you around more. I also loaded up Toussaint and visited the palace region. Again, no urinating, belching, but I did see where one guard complained about the "damned" weather. It was shocking. Your last sentence is upon ridiculous, since there are swamps, forests, beaches, war-torn fields, farmland, snowy mountains and lush flatlands to encounter and that isn't even including some of the scenery in Skellige, which is gorgeous. You don't even know how wrong you are.
And let the Haters dominate? nah....
However, as a reminder, I wanted TW3 to be a success, as well as a game I liked; had a friend working for CDPR at the time, and still contend the game can look beautiful. But since the combat has repeating a series of actions without pause functionality, the environs filled with repellent NPC's, playing cards, limited dialogue choices, auto-dialogue, excessive cut-scenes, etc, I pass; used the funds to pre-order ME:A.
You keep saying this, but I took a few minutes to look up some of your very first posts on this thread and they consist of you complaining about the existence of this thread and then page after page after page telling people how wrong they are for liking TW3 better than DAI. It wasn't until people started calling you out on the fact that you have never played the game that you pulled out the consumer card.

DAO managed fairly well; mature content for mature Players. Agreed that the language has degraded over the series, but there is hope things shall turn around again like the ME series (ie; ME3 is better than ME2).
But will leave the nudity and sexual discussions with the mature gamers that embrace their Unicorns and cards....
Embrace unicorns and sex cards? Oh please, show me one person in this thread who said they liked the sex cards. Just one person! Those were in the very first game and have not made an appearance since, yet you've brought this up numerous times. Material must be getting hard to come by. And the unicorn, as well as any other sex scene with Geralt can be completely avoided. And yes, DAO was so mature with their sex scenes. Every mature person has to have sex with their underwear on--even if they didn't have on underwear before the sex took place.
