Any idea on how i can complete this? I read on some sites that i'm suppose to look for 2 asaris just outside lvl 27 zakera ward but i can't seem to find them. Some help would be nice

Hm, I didn't get that quest when I was there. Where's it from?

Its during the mission where you chase down Harkins in the citadel (factory level), and there you will find the forge ids. The quest wants you to find someone who could make use of those ids

I didn't find anybody for this quest either. Help would be appreciated. I tried going around listening to convos, but there didn't seem to be one for IDs.

Once you obtain the quest, the Asari should appear near the stairs, sitting down, between the C-Sec customs and the Warehouse area. I only saw them appear after I obtained forged ID's after the mission mentioned above involving Harkin. You can complete it by several renegade or a paragon option.
