Does anybody else suffer from this itching feeling?

I promote everytime I hit level 20, and I have been doing so since ME3, so it is nothing that gives me itchy feelings. Besides, any good build should be Perilous ready at level 12-13 the latest, or else change the build or the character altogether (lets be honest, characters are not balanced). With high-end equipment and a small number of promotions you should be Threatening ready at level 1.

Regarding the 200 hp belt, each point of Constitution gives you damage reduction on top of 5 hp, so the 200 hp is not equal to 40 Constituion.

I used to almost instantly promote without a second thought, but now that i've been playing the game for 6 months, i think about it longer and longer and wonder if i even want to do the grind to 20 again, and heck i've even started playing several matches in a row now at 20 because i just don't have the energy to promote again.

I either suck or I'm playing bad builds, because I don't even attempt perilous until 18-20. I only use builds suggested by people of this forum though... so they cannot be that awful. Probably a L2p thing.

Good group goes a long way. People focus too much on themselves in this game, in either way. Communication is limited, so it's hardly always their fault, mind you.

I have a friend with whom I regularly play, and we create builds that compliment the other; yet may not be as affect without.

You can get some cream for that.

Ignore the warning.

That the downside of Pug teams, no one likes to talk, give ideas, or even throw a joke. In most cases its not the equipment and experience, its just the player's inability to play as a team.

There is never an agreement if you have to open doors or no, many times that gets a team killed, because some stay behind, unnoticed.

Don't worry, it's not that. Sometimes finding decent pugs to play with on perilous can be stunningly difficult. And it's not even that they are that bad per se but they cannot play as a team as someone else pointed out - some people will run ahead thinking that they can face roll everything, then they'll die but not before pulling all the enemies along the way, then someone will run after them to revive them, then they'll die too and so on. Basically, a Lerroy Jenkins situation.

Today, I played like 5 perilous pugs (different ones) and they all ending in wonderful successes. It's was just good nice people willing to work together as a group. No one that amazing, just good team work.

And as for promotions... when the counter hits 20 it's time for promotion baby! The only one I am currently not promoting is the Virtuoso cause I am enjoying him too much. ^^

I promote for the free respec, my cloth budget is too tight to craft one.  I wish I could opt out of the stat points because I feel like in the long run they're going to make the game less fun for me.  I start out on threatening because stomping routine feels like a disservice to less geared players who will wind up with little to do (and due to lack of communication tools I can't actually ask them if they mind).  Most people don't seem to care about lvl 1s in threatening unless they want to call a dragon so I just avoid FC for my first match.
