Oh that's easy - You just traceback his details. Some .exe also contains compiler info in the binary.
Facebook/linked-in/ whatsapp searcbes will do the rest . I give u a head start surname initial P. Hell u can even long/lat that or predict where someone is usually in the afternoon on Tuesdays , nowadays since some is so nice to sign-in on googleplus (*permanently*).

I can only find the Arkhne N7HQ profile. You sure that's the exact spelling of their accounts or they set to private? I also need to know if they go by a different BSN name.

Arktinen (BSN) used Arkhne's PS3 (PSN). Arkhne should give in to the liberation movemement and buy Arktinen her own PS3. Until then you have to track those two Accounts against one PSN.
