I think cultural appropriation is awesome. I think white chicks look hawt as heck in asian dresses like the kimono or cheongsam.

Every culture adapts things from other cultures. There are countless historical examples. The whole "cultural appropriation" thing is BS spewed by Tumblr crackpots. Tumblr is a cancer which should be wiped off the internet with fire. It's a cult of narcissists which destroys fun things because "muh feelings" and "THAT TRIGGERED ME".

It basically means "When a oppressive culture steals things from an oppressed culture in an attempt by the oppressive culture in order to steal identity from the oppressed culture, making them more oppressed." Which is bad, it weakens a culture to have less unity with another, united culture.
How it is connected to tumblr is because SJW nests there have twisted the definition to "Any mixture of cultures into "white culture"", and they keep the negative connotation.

That's the industry, man. Music has always been an interaction of people from different races who add their own flavor and perspective to things.
Azela is just a product. There's nothing real about her. She has literally been tailored to sound like rap...at least today's rap. It's not fair to use her as THE example of white rappers, ya dig? She just needs to be like Gaga and Gagaget gone.

Ridiculous, people have assmilated each others cultures for years. The Chinese for example adopted Buddhism from India (though they've changed a few things.)

Of course not. I'm not Lord Jamar enough to care about different races making music I like. She's just the obvious joke example of cultural appropriation in terms of Rap. I feel it. I shouldn't of generalized like that. I've always figured it was just a bad music thing instead of a cultural thing. I can see where people are coming from on that. She's basically the Taco Bell of Mexican food, if you know what I mean. Commercialized with only the most basic ties to the authentic roots of the original.

Culture is not static. By definition, it takes and adapts from the people that are part of it. If you living in a society that isn't racially and culturally homogenous, then you're bound to assimilate aspects of other cultures.
