If you mean DA:I personal quest, I don't remember getting loot from it - however, you need to progress to a certain point in the main story line and engage in conversation until she discusses a letter from Justinia, where she will invite you to accompany her to the location the letter directs her to go. From there, her companion quest will begin.
Addition:
You have to engage two different cutscenes to start this quest. Once immediately after "Here Lies the Abyss" and then again once you leave and return to skyhold.

You have to complete both Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts and Here Lies The Abyss, then talk to Leliana. She will have received a message from the late Divine and ask you to join her in Valence.
