DA Inquisition is great there's a definite improvement on previous stories via environments, characterisation and feel (so happy you kept the DA2 Flemeth too). There's one area where you have me scratching my head though Bioware and I think it's an important detail. You have quite cleverly designed armour to reflect the race it clothes, Iron Bull's heavy armour of leather bracing and epaulettes reflects the Qun stature perfectly compared to human warriors but I created a Qun Inquisitor and you forced more human clothing on him?! If a main Qun character can be dressed that way why then can't Iron Bull? If Iron Bull can dress the way he does then why not a Qun Inquisitor? My Qun character is also a mage and yet looks nothing like the Saarebas of DA2 , disappointingly, because the physically imposing look of that Saarebas was perfect for the race and befits the Qun's definition of what a Saarebas means to them, even if my character is defined as Tal Vashoth. Lastly, the equipment loadout for a Qun character is small compared to humanoid characters because you have stuck rigidly to rashvine facepaint that has less numerous unique or rare variants. Couldn't rare/unique battlemage helmets have been adapted to adorn the Qun's horns to give them access to the same perks as their human counterparts.

P.S and a single player dragon slaying dlc would be lovely!

In fact the amors for the Inquisitor has little appearence changes between all races and classes...Some say that Inquisition don't have many Armor styles, and they are to similiar to each other...In Dragon Age Origins we have lots of amor and clothing looks,in Dragon Age II we also have a lot of looks, despite of the companion armor trouble...In Inquisition we have lots of looks because every single armor, has at least,4 looks, dependind of who is wearing...Of Course,Unique Armor has a unique look...But the common ones...So 9 companions plus inquisitor armor x3 classes...A lot of armor styles right? But if you ask me,I would prefer like Origins, where there were hundred of amors with different stats and lookings...

So...?I think that's why ost or inquisitor armor looks the same...

I think the armours in DAI are sufficient and are adaptive according to the race or class wearing them. They still manage to look varied. There have been some changes since initial release, such as the ability to dye clothing, the storage chest is new to me also since I last played DAI. I'm glad there isn't too many armour pick ups actually with 2% etc difference here and there because constantly swapping out detracts from the game. I mean OTT armour tweaking there. I used to enjoy all that fiddly stuff (think early final fantasy parameter switching) but I'm past all that. What I am referring to though, is the point that Iron Bull's armour adapts to and fits our understanding of the Qunari as a physically imposing race, and that Qunari Saarebas are taboo even by Qunari standards - but this has not been translated in the dress of a Qunari mage Inquisitor. Actually the Qunari Inquisitor seems quite fey by comparison, like a tiger with its' claws removed.

It would be great though if we could fashion rashvine vitaar facepaint along with other armours because it is the only head armour made available to the Qunari character (although Iron Bull had access to a special helmet). Whereas humanoid characters appear to get a lot more rare/unique armour drops with more buffs rashvine vitaar tends to be 11% critical hit or 5% attack etc. It offers comparatively small benefits to be pointless wearing.
