No they aren't? Only you call them criminals

Inquisitor spends two years (Gaider's estimate for timeline) fighting Corypheus and these guys peaced the **** out. Assuming there are survivors.

They'd have to have some gall to just swagger back around after the heavy lifting is done, and after all the crap their order pulled leading up to the war. Best put them in jail.

You realize this sounds no different than the extreme pro-mages and Templars right?

I put the extremists in body bags. Then I had both Templars and Mages helping me regardless of which side I conscripted. Repentance in service.

Number of Seekers who answered the call: 0.

Cassandra is a Seeker.

Cassandra is a Seeker.

She abandoned them to start the Inquisition, so I exclude her.

But you can say a grand total of one party member if you feel it's important.

It's better than zero =P

I like rebuilding the Seekers because I find their skill useful and it would be sad if the knowledge of how to create a Seeker become lost. And since rebuilding them is what Cassandra wants my Inquisitor encouraged her to rebuild them, they will be useful allies in the future.

The reason why I don't rebuild them is because Cassandra doesn't tell me specifically what she'll do differently. She doesn't even seem to be sure what their basic mission should be so I'm not confident that there is much of a lesson learned there... and by extension, I'm not very confident that she can keep them clean for very long.

Their order will be needed again in the coming days so their getting restored.

That's never been disputed to me, Cassandra ideally would find someone better suited to lead but she'd serve as a interim leader.

They just need the agency granted to them to do as their mandate requires.

So that small concession I give them.

The only way I could see the Seekers working out is if Cassandra imposes an strict system of accountability, as their biggest fault was that no one ever held them accountable, and they began thinking they were above the law and everyone else.

I just tell Cassandra to let them end. The order already failed their original pourpose once. I see no reason to take that risk again.

And thankfully it isn't not up to the PC.

I encourage her, others discourage her.

Ultimately it's up to her.

But like I'd get rid of the best weapons against mages.

Pfft fat ****** chance.

That's why I pick Divine Vivtoria.

Even if they return like some persistent cancer you can rest easy knowing she'll never grant them the power they had before.

I'd picture her finery being riddled with things like lead, mercury and dyes made there of.

See, there is no need to let the Seekers go then. If Cassandra dont control them, Viv will either put them down or make them fall in line.

I'd like very much for the Seekers to resume the Chantry in the future regardless.

Or perhaps form themselves into a new independent orders possibly like the Templars :P

Both groups could share stories of how they go around killing random mages and abominations in a world without circles.

They are so few anyway, I don't think the survivors will make a huge impact on the organization. Their power are so useful for letting them go.
Imagine the next magical bullshit against Viv's templars, Cassandra's Seekers and Inquisition's templars, it will not stand a chance.

They are condemned, and should on keep hiding.
