Does anyone know how to get it? I'm on Xbox One, I've crafted Deathbringer's hide and the Inquisition armour for the Katari and neither one has the Arishok pauldrons. What am I doing wrong? I have seen people one Xbox One with it, and in different colours, so I'm confused. Thanks!

I think Arishok is a separate set. 99% sure.

Hi!

I unlocked the Arishok pauldrons after crafting the Inquisition armor for the Katari. 

Also the Necromancer unlocks new armors (Imperial vestements or something like that) if you craft the (horrible) Inquisition armor for her!

So some characters have 3 additional sets of armour? That's weird. Thanks for the info people!

I think that's because the Katari and Necro's tier 2 armor looked exactly like the tier 1 sets (bear head on the back for the Katari, teletubby antennae for the necro). So when the Destruction DLC dropped with new tier 2 inquisition armor for all agents the Katari and Necro also got an extra set of tier 2 armor - the Arishok's pauldrons for the Katari and whatsitsname for the Necro. That's why the two of them have 3 set of tier 2 armor: one set that looks just like their respective tier 1 set, one Inquisition set and one new set. I don't know why they're the only ones who have this. Maybe the devs didn't have time to finish their armor sets pre-release and just used the same skins as the tier 1? I dunno, I didn't start playing until after Destruction dropped so don't quote me on any of this.
