Order hasn't shipped in a week and CS isn't helping!

I ordered a garrus statue a week ago. The bioware store took the money out the day of, yet I'm still waiting for them to actually ship it. It has been a week since the order and absolutely nothing. I contacted customer support to see what the hold up was, and if was given the most unhelpful answer "you will receive an email when it ships". Tell me something I don't know! I want to know why it has not shipped it has been a week!

I check the order status again today and now it's saying there's a hold up with the order, and that it's most likely my address. Well that's impossible as my address has been tied to my store account for previous orders, and checking the invoice reveals it to be correct.

What is going in here? I'm out $400 for an entire week and yet no one seems to give a crap as to why my product hasn't been shipped and is apparently stuck in limbo. I've also been told I can't cancel my order. Pretty convenient, though that remains to be seen as so far I delivered on my end but the store seems to be having issues delivering on theirs. CS is giving me cookie cutter responses, there is no number to call. I need to know what's going on and what my options are. This is beyond unacceptable.

See if you can get your bank to issue a chargeback. If they won't cancel the order.

It seems as if it has shipped. There is a tracking number, and it said the product has left the facility. Though the "ship date" isn't until the 19th. Waiting 12 days for an item to ship is ridiculous, this is the last time I will order from the Bioware store.

About 15-16 days. Went through the manufacturer directly for the Liara statue and got it in 3 days after it's release. I won't buy anything from the bioware store unless I can't get it elsewhere, they take way too long.

Does Customer Service ever reply to their support tickets?

 

My Liara statue suposedly shipped out on the 15th of June and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number is useless and they won't reply to either my support tickets or the phone messages

I had a similar issue when I bought the garrus statue. I bought the Liara directly from gaming heads and not only did they ship immediately, it took 3 days from their warehouse to my residence.

I don't know anything about the courier they are using for my order. I do live in Canada but I've ordered from Sideshow Collectibles and gotten the statue in 3 business days. They are resending another statue and hopefully it's here soon. This is probably going to be my last order from the Bioware Store, atleast for a while. I can see the wisdom in ordering directly from Gaming Heads now. I just hope the Liara statue is worth it.

i recommend that you buy statues directly from Amazon or Ebay. it's much more cheaper and better use of your money.

you should just get your money back.

I just got my Liara statue and it's gorgeous. It's just the regular version and not the deluxe version that comes with an extra biotic hand. Otherwise it's all I could have asked for minus the shipping and costumer service delays.

I'm having a similar issue. Ordered a mug and a lithograph, got the email confirming order. Few days later I got a shipping confirmation email for the mug, no mention of the lithograph. The postage for me (UK) is something like $35/£24, which is a lot for just a mug. I emailed the store support a week ago, no response yet.

 

I know that art orders take a few weeks to go through, but surely you wait and ship all the items together?! I emailed the store support as soon as I received the shipping confirmation so hopefully I'm not going to be charged twice for shipping -_-
