First of all I'm from Spain, and got the answer from EA technical of here.

Well, after a lot of calls and things just getting the same answer, "We don't know" that really sucks as an answer of course, I got on line with someone that maybe "knows" something, he tell me, that european people unfortunally will not be able to play until the official release data that is, 28th for russia and 29th for rest of europe. Depending on your isp provider, "maybe" you will be able to unlock the game before, but if not you will have to wait until de official release date.

After that I asked what means then "Be the first one to play" slogan from the eastore, the answer is awsome, "well... you will be able to play at 0:01am of the release date, so you will be able to play first", my reply ".............."

So if that is really what they are going to do; it's the last time I will buy a game from eastore, thats for sure. I'm still waiting to read an official announcement about this problem that affects tons of people.

If I have a pirate version, I can play, but I can't play with my original version. Didn't know EA or Bioware are agreee with piracy, it changes my view about that two companies thats for sure. Thought that customers are important for them, but I see we are not. It's really really easy to just put an announcement in the official web page telling "We are aware of the problems with release data check feature and we are working to fix it. We are sorry-- blablablabla"

Come on!

Hopefully we will be able to play some days after release date.

I seriously hope thats not the case since for example EA Finland has also marked official release date for 28th and all the stores will sell their retail copies then as well. Goes beyond joke with all the other problems that the release has had so far if everyone except russia is forced to wait until 29th.

Especially when for example Steam digital DL for finland is supposed to unlock in 14 hours. ""Be the first one to play" indeed...
