Wraith is fine and all, but it's still a shotgun. It CAN get some nice long range kills, but sometimes, I just need more accuracy at longer ranges, so I tend to keep it off of more power based kits that I likely want to keep my distance on, and on a kit I do want to be more in the fray on, I tend to favor heftier weapons.
I like it. Very well rounded and balanced. But it's just rarely my ideal weapon, if that makes sense? I do favor it on a few of my Infiltrators and Engineers, but that's it.
What DOESN'T the Wraith go well on?

I have no idea. It's been said it's tied to ROF but some weapons just seem deadlier with it than they should be. A gold Atlas when down to armor just melts in about two seconds once you break the shields when you have warp with incendiary. Generally incendiary/dot builds aren't great without the Reegar, PPR, CSR, Venom etc.
Yeah, it's tied to RoF, as far as I know. Which means that both the Raider and the Piranha do a far better job at it. Or at least should, I have no first hand experience. Have you tried them out with the glitch?

Raider yes. I have a pretty fair knowledge of that weapon. I'll run it again on a solo and see but it feels like the Graal is better for the DOT.

I think it's DOT and how well the weapon ammo primes. So it makes sense for the Graal to be good at Incindiary glitching since it's a great ammo primer as well.

Pink is for camouflage. They mask themselves with colors that make others think they're nice and cheerful, but once they get close they'll eat you.

In Krogan culture, pink is considered the most virile of colors. (It would be ridiculous to expect other cultures to share our own prejudices about the connotations of color.) This is why a Warlord should be luminescent bubblegum pink. Anything else would just look silly.

Graal is almost the Arc Pistol of shotguns. Too bad it can suck off host at times though.
Yeah, I feel like the Graal can charge to full power faster than the Arc Pistol, but maybe that's not correct. It's a criminally underrated weapon, but it is worse off-host than you're admitting.

The charged shots seem to suffer much more off-host, so if you have lag causing vanishing projectiles, you can just fire uncharged shots. It's still pretty great, even uncharged.

I take it you mean simple, practical, serviceable, coordinates with almost anything, usable in all seasons, and with a long refire delay?

Now, I love the Wraith as much as anyone else, but when cooldown doesn't matter in the slightest, I usually prefer a different gun (Claymore, Raider, etc).
It does match my grill doe.

I would say the only classes that I would hesitate to put a wraith on are the Infiltrators, and that is only because it feels like the claymore/raider synergize better with TC.
The Wraith is pretty ludicrous... I feel the Talon could be put in the same boat though.

With the Wraith you get 2 headshots per reload cycle
With the Claymore you only get 1
