That tune that plays when Keith Davi... err "Captain Anderson" says "I'm proud of you Son/Girl/Commander" because that scene was such a tear jerker and that song was so sad. :(

I would also not mind a return of "I was lost without you" a.k.a the ME3 romance/Fleet & Flotilla theme. Also music for when I am walking around the NOT-Normandy 3.0 because honestly the silence in ME2/3 was kind of creepy. :o

yes this a million times the music on the normandy and the citadel made the place way better, the normandy theme was one of my favorite tracks from mass effect 1

I liked pretty much all of the ME1 tracks.  Most of the ME2 tracks were pretty amazing too.  Come to think of it - the music in ME1,2 went a long way in making the games feel right.

If the game takes place in a single star cluster, why the hell would we have a galaxy map?

Checkmate, galaxymapeists.

Why did we call it a galaxy map in the previous Mass Effect titles, when it only really showed the Milky Way?

Maybe people should simply stop knitpicking on semantics, before you know it, the whole laser weapon debate spills over here as well. Let the devs effing call things as they please. If you can't handle a few laymans terms, then make your own game.

You could only travel one quarter of the milky way in the first game anyways.

IMO in terms of focus, it could be considered:
ME1 - Tech
ME2 - Tech + Epic
ME3 - Tech + Epic + Emotional
NME - Tech + Epic + Emotional + Orchestal

39:00 onward.

Even with my mixed thoughts on each soundtrack, I wouldn't want the games to completely lose what was there before. I want the beeps and boops to always maintain. I want the epic scale to always maintain. I want the sad and happy extents to maintain. But I really wouldn't mind if more live orchestral elements come in. I just want it all. The classic ME tracks, but also some smart uses of other holdovers from earlier games. Or even similar bits that remind us of previously themed story arcs of the trilogy (Reapers, Genophage, Geth, Normandy, Citadel, etc).

Hang onto the past, but also move forward. That's what I want.

This also comes to mind, in terms of the mixture of various genres that usually stay apart (not necessarily how I want NME to exactly sound like):

Oh and as always, keep improving the bar music.  :P

Huh? Why did we call it a galaxy map when it mapped the galaxy?
