Is there something wrong with the drops?

 

I've did at least 6 perilous today and have got nothing but 3 tier level 3 mats from them, not including the chest item loot and at times nothing at all. 

 

I did a threatening dragon twice today too and got a blue dragon weapon from each kill something seems up.

I'm in a dry spell as well (8+ without loot)... I'm always suspicious that they will ninja nerf the drop rate and not tell us.

I haven't been keeping count, but I haven't seen anything yet either. I am probably just unlucky.

I've done four perilous dragon kills so far, have gotten;

 

Dagger

Greatsword

Issy card

 

So can't complain

I have yet to get anything off perilous dragons...ever

The drop rate is maybe 1/10ish.  I just completed set today took just over 100 kills. Some people finished set in half that though.

Since the dragon loot drop is independent among the party members, it is possible that the drop rate is also different. The rate could be the same as opening chests: better loot for veteran players who have collected more items previously.

Mat drops are definitely up as posted in a previous thread... Hopefully it stops today. VERY annoying...Chests maybe, dragon drops you gotta be kidding me..

It clearly shows that you don't understand how dragon drops works.

The chance you have a dragon weapon is about 10%. NOTHING affects this. I repeat NOTHING affects this.

If you get material out of a dragon, it's simply filler. If they were to remove material you would have about 90% chance of receiving absolutely nothing for killing a dragon. Materials are there to fill that part of the 90%, it's only a filler. Unless you'd prefer a level 2 Army Dirk instead?

Thus, you have 10% to get a dragon weapon and for the remaining 90%, it's better to get material than nothing.

Well after about 25-30 perilous runs I have got 

 

1 dragon dagger

 

1 dragon shield

 

1 dragon bow

 

2 dragon staffs

 

Not bad beats the hell out of the RNG of the chests

50ish dead perilous dragons. Purples all, 2 daggers, greatsword, maul, and longsword. Avvar card, Isabela card. From the chests in the levels, purple stamina amulet, purple attack ring. Multiple abilty rings in the blue neighborhood. Probably 20ish purple runes. Maybe 7 or 8 low level purples that I salvaged right away. Oh yeah, my fifth caliban. So many mats I don't even care about saving up for anything anymore. This is awesome.

36 perilous dragon runs and almost have the full set except maul and 1h sword, thunderstrike from a random chest and few other purples that were low lvl.. had a dry spell for about 15 runs.. have duplicate dragon staff and bow but hey thats 10% RNG for you.. it is what it is ..if your lucky then swt if your unlucky then keep going..

Nope. Take a course in statistics and you'd understand how probability works. . . the short of it is, you'll have some dry spells sometimes, but you'll get your loot eventually.

Killed 15 dragons and have gotten a long sword and a bow.

RNG gods just hates me. 7 or 8 staffs, can't even calculate really, 3 shields, 3 bows, 2 or 3 2h sword, 2 or 3 1h sword.
But still no dagger. Still no hammer.
And even trolling by giving me superior health belt (which I had) or some low level purple weapon....

The only good of this is that I probably have best version of those 4 items
staff 81, 2h sword 295, bow 176, and 1h 207

But I should expect that, rng always troll me.

16 perilous Dragons and finally a first drop (dagger) today ...

I'm glad I got several Unique Dragon weapons to drop last week. At least 30-40 Perilous kills to get these though. I have 2 Daggers, Staff, Bow and the Shield already. (saw 2 Staffs and 3 Bows drop too) I'd love to see a 2h, either Sword or Maul and the 1h Sword at some point in the future, but I've got Sulevin and Caliban, so not hurtin' if they did indeed nerf the drop.

 

I just wish they had more item customized upgrades available in them. Only the 1h, and the 2h Maul do. With the Tier 3 weapon upgrades, It'd be really cool to beef them up and have some customizable upgrades for the staff bow and dagger...

I've gotten unique maul, staff, and bow in the last 24h from maybe a dozen runs. It was a good day to be me.

I think I've done about 15 dragons and all I've got to show for it is the Dragon Shield. The RNG gods aren't exactly fond of me though, since I rarely get anything good out of any chests either.
