So I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this topic on this particular subforum... but I'm going to do it anyway. 

Last night I played my Inquisition playthrough where Alistair stayed a Warden, and I talked with him about my (beloved) Warden. And he said such sweet things about her, my heart just melted... so I went to sleep feeling all happy about Alistair and my Warden.

Until I got a terrible nightmare where Alistair had an affaire with another woman and confessed that to my Warden.... my god it was the worst thing ever. I woke up and I felt soooo terrible and sad, my heart was broken! Fortunately it was just a dream, but damn you have no idea how shitty I felt after that dream haha! Luckily they are still a happy couple in my game though. 

 

Anyway, my question is: did you ever have a dream about DA or characters from DA? And if you have, please do tell!

(so that I know I'm not some crazy DA addicted person haha... just kidding)

Not Dragon Age, but back when ME3 first came out, I fell asleep to dreams of being Shepard and staving off Reaper ground forces practically every night until I finished the game.

I was really into that first playthrough.

I had a dream last night that I was reading a fanfic about Alistair on somebody's closet door (wtf on all accounts) and it ended in a cliffhanger and I was super pissed.

I had a sex dream about Sigrun once.

I had a nightmare about the deep roads once. But the darkspawn were sort of like the monsters from The Descent. I definitely remember Hespith, and there was a version of the Architect but his face was symmetrical. 

 

Yeah, it was...It was scary.

Ooo, that would have made darkspawn so much more scarier.

I dreamed of a new DA, before DAI was out, but the story took place a few years later.

I couldn't get past the too complex CC because the races had subraces and even more subraces...And each time I chose a race, it opened a new option.

I just sat there wondering if I'll ever get to play it before the next one comes out.

Origins gave me some pretty terrifying and overwhelming dreams when I first played. Big, blight, end of world, archdemon, darkspawn, the lot of it.

 

DA2 not as scary. I've only had a couple of Inquisition-related dreams and they sort of mostly involve Solas and events, or my most recent dream where I was with members of the Inquisition for some duty or another and I told someone I was like Cole (I am...in ways).

I had a dream where I was Hawke and I was trying to convince Anders not to blow up the chantery. But half way though our talk, Fenris came in with Templers to take him away.
I tried to stop Fenris but Fenris turned and said " I want to gain favor with the templers" and Took Anders....


It was ..strange.

I did have a dream of playing ME3 before it came out though, and then when I woke up I couldn't remember what he gameplay or story was like,

I had a dream about finding a DAI temple which was supposed to be high up a mountain. Only one path led up to it according to the map, but i could never find it. Was going round in circles. Then i woke up.

When I finished the questline in the Fallow Mire, I had a dream about undeads I had to fight to protect my daughter. Made me want to play "The Walking Dead" again..!

And as I was reading Asunder, I dreamt I was trapped into the Fade with Rhys and all the other characters but I woke up before we could get out.

 

The funniest thing is that I am French (but I play and read in English), and in both dreams I was speaking English! I love dreaming in English...

I dream about DA if I play a lot. I've had all kinds of dreams about the whole series. A few nightmares too.

Red Templar Archer firing squad. I woke up even before the arrows could hit me.

i had a few Dragon Age related dreams.

 

 

One was Anders was a porn director and instead of blue and white veins he had black and gold when Justices active. and we were friends as well. Another Anders related dream, we were at a castle in the bunk area, Anders admit that he regretted in letting Justice entering him. and Anders was very tall and lanky compared to me, I am 5'11'' and he was at least 6'5'' or taller.

 

 

Another, I was scouting for the Grey Wardens then I felt the New Archdemon awaking within a mountain, it was black with bone white on its head. it was huge as well and I ran back to the grey wardens to warn them.

 

 

Another was I was in the forest of the first game with some people from the real world it was interesting.

 

 

Another DAO related dream of me, a young lady(she was about 7 years old) and a tall gorgeous lady friend helped the Grey Wardens to fight the Archdemon.

I had one yesterday. Thanks to the MP event, it was about a high dragon.

I had one that oddly enough was me being hunted by Templars calling me a abomination even though I wasn't a mage just a 1H swordsmen till I woke up during a crossbow and archer squad outside the forest fired not often I get dreams that feel that real, trust me bolts hurt like all hell!.

When I still was playing Awakening I had a dream about a girl, which wanted me (or better my Warden) to rescue her. A part of my dream got skipped, cause after that a woman with the taint appeared and said, we shouldn't trust the girl, for whatever reason. Later, we met the girl again, she was talking like a ghoul and the whole atmosphere around her was scary and weird. (like she was possessed, or something)

 

I woke up with my hands over my head, like I was just about to use Dual-Weapon Sweep and felt exhausted, like after a really hard battle.

 

It was weird.

I had a dream about Skyhold and how there was something really nasty underneath it that we had to investigate.   Got sort of mixed up with my own home.    So kept waking up and expecting to find something weird.    This has been a repeat dream with slight variations, the last of which involved Dorian (my favourite romance); he was trapped somewhere in this labyrinth under Skyhold and I had to rescue him.    After that the dreams stopped so clearly my sub-conscious was happy with the outcome.

 

Odd thing is though, we really don't know much about Skyhold and apparently the "veil here is old", so it wouldn't be that surprising to find there is something strange waiting to happen.

I had a nightmare about Forbidden Oasis. Trying to get to the shards and never finding a way.

 

No doubt it was brought on by a similar experience at day time...
