I was thinking something along the lines of a support archer. She would be a trained city elf assassin who uses poisoned arrows to create a variety of status effects. Like ZITHER! she gains new poison types by levelling up, that can be switched between with her "change poison" ability.

 

Poison types are: pure poison damage(always available), sleep, panic, paralyze, confusion, and slow. The poisons are applied on certain active abilities(not basic attacks).

 

Abilities:

 

Stealth.

Change Poison: Switches between selected poisons. Visual Cue shows which poison selected.

Poison Needle- instantly applies selected poison to a single, nearby enemy. Can be used without breaking stealth. Upgrade does additional poison damage. 12 sec cooldown.

Poison Mine - Similar to spike trap, disperses selected poison in a small area when triggered by a nearby enemy. Upgrade no longer breaks stealth.

Toxic Arrow- Similar to explosive shot, except instead of the second fire damage hit creates a toxic cloud(regular poison) on impact.

Evade- new upgrade applies selected poison onto enemies in a 3 metre radius.

Poisoned Weapons- same as before.

 

Passives:

 

Snakeblood: when health is below 75%, enemies within a 3 meter radius when you take damage are poisoned. (regular poison)

Contact Toxin: poisoned enemies have a 10% chance to spread poison to other nearby enemies when taking damage. (all poisons)

Deadly concoction: All poison effects are increased by 25% (duration or damage where applicable)

Perfect Aim: critical hits with any attack poison enemies (regular poison)

I have a very strong feeling that these next three will likely be non-human. We only have 5 characters that are non-human right now (Keeper, AW, Legionnaire, Alchemist, Katari).

In DA:O there was a DLC called "Darkspawn Chronicles" In this alternate history you played as a Darkspawn Alpha commanding gunlocks, hurlocks, shrieks and Ogres. What if the next three characters were from the Corypheus side?

 

Warrior - Red Templar high on Red Lyrium

Rogue - Shadow/Freeman of the Dales Assassin/Horror

Mage - Venatori Mage/Demon?

 

Would be fun to have the bad guys, I guess they will have to change a few things ...

I would like  to see them widen the racial mix since we have two Dwarves, two Elves, a single Qunari and ten Humans. I honest want the next three to be all Qunari if at all possible. We've seen their casters in action thanks to DA 2, and they already have artwork for a Qunari Seeker which could be another sword and shield build and we could possibly have a Tal-Vashoth or Ben-Hassrath Rogue that could use Daggers or One-Handed weapons for melee and Spears for ranged attacks.

They did that in the MEMP as well by granting us Collectors and the Talon Mercenary, and since DAMP is in large part that same multiplayer design team I wouldn't put it passed them to do this. Instead of a Freeman of the Dales, I would like to see either Zevran or one of the Sentinel Elves from the Temple of Mythal. The Sentinel Elves could have a mixture of ranged, melee and magic (either enhancements or attacks) if they built them properly

Lol, this forum at its worst is nothing compared to the old ME3MP forum. That place was truly a cesspool.

 

Yeah, I know, but that doesn't change the fact that there's a lot of hostility on BSN.  The amount of trolls roaming around doesn't help matters.

Mage: A Robot from the future that channels all magic through his eye lasers.

Rogue: A Thief that can steal cloth from enemies when hitting them from behind. This obviously debuffs their armor.

Warrior: A Druffalo. Druffy don't need no abilities.

 

We just got 3 great classes and people want more already lol

Well thanks to the limited range available due to the targeting system within the game we sort of have a female archer, she's also got daggers so she's double dipping. Darn that Isabela.

Rogue Class: Monk

 

Give him Stealth, Increased movement speed passive, unarmed attack bonuses/speed bonuses, etc......

 

 

Warrior Class: Weapon Master

 

Dual wielding axes!!!

 

Mage Class: Druid? Priest/Cleric?

Druid would be interesting - shapeshift into Druffalo that has charging bull, etc..........

 

 

All I really care about is an unarmed Monk character

I didn't play DA2, mind telling me a little about it? Only so much a wiki can really say.

 

She was a better rogue than most, very good activated powers.

 

Her stealth maneuver also let her gag order mages, so they couldn't cast. She had a variant stealth attack that allows you to either guarantee a critical strike or coup de grace a low hp foe, this attack could be evolved to do more damage to brittle (sundered) foes as well as casters and spirits/demons. She had a power that made her immune to magic for a short period of time and her final abilities gave her a passive 20% increase to dodge and made her immune to slow and stunning.

 

She would really fit the Templar/Rogue Hybrid that people are asking for. She was a dual wield only rogue which was sort of a first, because the other rogues got the option for dw or bows. With the exception of the Bow tree and anyone else's unique specializations she had access to the other trees a rogue would receive so she could be better at stealth and doing damage within stealth, self-buffing or debuffing targets as well as the fact that rogues used to get a charge maneuver which was cool with her abilities.

For warrior, I would want a Revenant, or someone that looks and has abilities like one. They are freaking awesome.

For a thief, I would want to see something like a spider themed archer, that uses area control and spreading toxins, mixed with stealth or speed, rather than the current visible ninja and bass cannon styles we have now.

As for mage, honestly I want an electric and ice mix, perhaps an avvar shaman, with static cage, ice wall, and defensive structure based support. Or a swarm mage, that summons BEEEEES! And other vermin.

Wild card: A GIANT golden nug warrior, who has auto taunt, and when you use regular attacks, it acts cute, dealing no damage but generating guard. Everytime it takes hp damage it drops gold piles, which can have passive that buff it to give other team members guard, and a portion of their hp, or even damage and speed increases. The gold amount would be scaled with difficulty, but always only a fraction of pot gold. Obviously impossible to solo with, unless he had a perk to make his gold piles deal like 300 percent weapon damage or something.

Proper suggestion:

Bring back the force mage. Pure area denial, lots of grounding skills. Not much damage output though.
