Hey, everyone!

I've been wasting many hours trying to find the right material for making the Dalish Scout Armor look like the ones used by the male hunter elves in the Exalted Plains. I've also tried to match the colors on the armor schematic before you choose the materials, but without success. :huh:

So, does anyone know if it is possible to find such materials? Or are the colors in the schematic only restricted to the outfits worn by NPC's?

Have you tried tinting them at Skyhold? I use that as my main testing area if I'm going for a specific color scheme.

Yes, I have traveled back and forth between Skyhold and Olafin in the Exalted Plains to see if any of the materials used in the "tinting armor-bench" match him. I think it's a bit weird that the schematic shows colors that you apparently can't use for yourself.

Oh that one? That's a hard color to match! I had armor that had a color scheme like that but forgot what made it tint that color. I don't think it was the dragon scales. That was a bright orange with green. And the skin was like mint.

It seems like the leather slot is supposed to be august ram leather or bear hide, but the cloth slot is... well, yes, as you say; a hard color to match! Please tell me if you remember, it would make me VERY happy!
