Not just Inquisition, across all of DA. I'm mostly curious to see what game overall gets the most amount of favorite romance posts, because that could tell me which game overall has the favorite BSN romances.

 

Honestly, mine is Zevran's. Kinda didn't expect my own answer, but that's it. I just like the way it progresses, how he goes from just thinking of it as fun to scaring himself once he realizes he fell in love, to offering the ring and you rejecting it because it isn't a true sign of affection yet, to him offering it again later with him saying it is a sign of affection now and he wants you to accept it on those terms, and the way he just so perfectly always matches the Warden's I set him up with.

 

Morrigan's is runner up for me, mostly because of how much gets added to it via games after Origins like Witch Hunt and DAI.

Zevran, then Iron Bull. Zevran wins because he flirts more and you can interact with him whenever you want. They both feel similar in a way though, and were very awesome to experience.

Honestly, I can't say I have a favourite. I thought all the ones I played were OK to underwhelming, but nothing I would say was great or phenomenal. I've never actually thought about it until this thread.

Being with both a crossdressing dwarf and a nug in Origins was quite the romantic venture. Best by far.

I'm really thinking deeply on this now - what Bioware romance content I've loved versus just generally enjoyed, and why I loved it. The only answer I can come up with is Bastilla in KoTOR, and I played that game when it came and I was quite young (young enough that I thought the Fade to black was there to cover up kissing). I'm not sure if it was the age, or if it was how Bastilla featured in the plot, but that's the one I liked most. 

 

Of the DA romances if I had to pick a favourite it would be Morrigan. But I never felt - like basically everyone else - that the romance was at all integrated into the plot. I suppose that was my frustration with it. Same with Cassandra. These two leading ladies were plot central NPCs, but I never felt like the romance was plot central. I mean, it really wasn't in KoTOR either - but since it was basically my first RPG I didn't realize the content was variable.

I don't have a favorite in DA really. My canon playthrough has Alistair for DA:O (which ends after the Landsmeet), Isabela for DA2 (note: I like Merril's more but a lesbian relationship with her is too weird for me), and Cullen for DA:I.

 

My more humorous/evil alternative playthrough has Morrigan for DA:O, Merrill for DA2, and Sera for DA:I. ...So no real preference except that those six are my favorites.

I loved the rivalmance between snarky Hawke and Fenris, but if I'm going from a purely self-inserty point of view then it's a tie between Zevran and Sera.

Bull would be right up there too, but I like him with Dorian better.

I did like my Lavellan and Solas in that miserably seppuku-inducing sort of way though.

It's close, because I really liked Leliana, but I think I have to give the edge to Morrigan as my favorite.

They're all pretty lackluster, in plenty of ways, but if I were forced to choose one, it'd be Morrigan's. Even then, romance is on the backburner for me. They're all largely forgettable.

Solas for being particularly memorable as romance plots go.  Never expected the Dread Wolf to drop a truth bomb, grab my butt, then dump me in a swamp 

 

Second place goes to Isabela.  She's one of several characters who was a pleasant surprise, and I wound up liking her way more than I thought I would.

I'm fairly certain that most of the romance options throughout the series would be considerably problematic for most people if one tried to apply them to real life standards, though Morrigan's particular brand of blitheness in certain situations would probably be a bit unsettling for some.

I tend to like the idea of a given romance between the PC and an NPC better than the actual romance content in-game. Sometimes the actual content in the romance in-game is lacking, sometimes the stuff that I can imagine happening that didn't happen is better, and sometimes the romance is just a pain in the butt to make work.

With all that said: Isabela rivalmanced by Diplo/Helpful mage Lady Hawke. I've explained why before.

Isabela herself is not my favorite romance option in Dragon Age, but I feel like playing this combination might actually be result in perhaps the best romantic chemistry I've ever seen in a video game couple.
