I hope you realize that what you're being so condescending about is new ways to do your character's hair.

I waited three games to get actual afro curled hair (commonly referred to as the "buzzcut overkill" in DAI), rather than just bald or cornrolls (That's 1. Read "one"), and I didn't throw a passive aggressive tantrum.

Hm..  nope...... I merely summarized many a posts from Feedback & Suggestions, as I'm sure you are aware.  Jumping to condescending is quite a leap on your part.

Cheers!

Given the internet furor over anything Bioware marketing does, they've adopted the most safe corporate strategy: only speak about locked-in features.

About Furor

Is this a  reference to Mike Laidlaw's now famous marketing line "It's a PC game for PC gamers made by PC gamers"? or the other one " .. we went back to our roots"?

Honestly, DAI may run on a PC but it is hardly made for the PC.... given that BIO themselves said the game was, from the outset, designed for the consoles.  This reminds me of another famous line "... the white man speaks with a forked tongue..." :(

I was thinking of the ME marketing generally and DA2s marketing.

I don't want to derail the thread with the PC talk so let me just say I disagree with people who think Laidlaw was wrong in what he said.

It's totally unreasonable to think a free DLC will have content that's never been advertised, suggested, hinted at or even implied.

Exactly. BE delivered exactly what was promised, nothing more, nothing less. Being dissatisfied with it because you were hoping for more is ridiculous, and to actually criticize Bioware for it is supremely ridiculous.

It's as I said in another topic about how the Black Emporium is "disappointing". Seems like there's a sense of entitlement with some people.
