So i've been a huge dragon age fan for about 2 years now
i've just gotten dragon age inquisition on the playstation 3 about a week ago and it is terrible in the smoothness of it running it started lagging like crazy even with the patches installed i've had to resort to not login to the playstation network just to get it running efficiently when it auto saves or run the risk of freezing the game but even then there are still problems
this morning it was working decently even though it stuttered but alas these patches haven't done what the people playing on old generation consoles want
what i have
my PlayStation 3 came with the last of us bundle 250gb one
Dragon age inquisition is downloaded onto my PlayStation 3
i have the deluxe edition
I've wiped my cache cleared of games the only thing that's on it now is save files from the games i have and of course dragon age inquisition
Problems that need to be fixed
~Texture pop in galore
~Dialogue pauses
~THE WAITING OF LOADING THE GAME! (ugh)
~Characters gets launched off a ridiculous distance away from the party when firing leaping shot next to a hill or rocky area
~The Sound of the game isn't properly synced(there's a 1-2 second pause until i hear the boom from leaping shot)
~ THE CONSTANT TIMES OF FREEZING AT THE WAR TABLE!
~ Sometimes the archer animation that a character does whether it be sera, varric or the inquisitor tends to have the animation of firing arrows to the left at times(I CAN'T SEE WERE I'M PROPERLY SHOOTING!)
You guys have this game coming on it's 1st year being out soon please for the love of andraste herself
FIX THIS GAME AND GET IT TOGETHER!
P.s:I've complained towards EA's help center it should be clear that u guys need to step it up
Priority of proper game stability and smoothness SHOULD BE A PRIORITY INSTEAD OF DLC

The archer glitching out has happened to me too, but it doesn't stop the combat or anything so I don't consider it a big deal.
As for textures, long loading and such, it's not really surprising considering you're playing on a PS3, unfortunately. I wouldn't wait for fixes as it's just the console being dated now.

Graphic wise i don't mind it it's the constant running of inconsistent smoothness i find terribly unbearable

I agree Kat and Bioware should have put a warning or simply not support older platforms. I don't think the management side of marketing understood the impact of computational rendering, I didn't until ripping the code - the devil is in the details
. On the other hand, complex characters are known to be a challenge due to dialog, cutscenes, behaviors etc. I had to put skyrim on an SSD to handle some.
