No surprise here at all.

The people who argue that groups need freedom, tolerance here.

Argue in defense of those who would crush notion of either because those who oppose them have faith.

It's really almost disappointing.

I have a strong feeling that your dislike for the qunari is based solely on them doing what you prefer to do, except better.

I was too busy soaking up the character pages to notice an overabundance of religiosity.

Also that dwarf lullaby is creepy as **** wtf.

Your feelings, belief, thought are irrelevant unless if I bother to confirm any of them.

And i don't.

Man, I really have to get these books, as I've read neither. I've been sitting here reading through the codex but it'd be nice to get some better in-depth stuff.

It would be nice if the WOT books had dedicated language sections for each nation or tribe encountered

They're worth it, I'd say. A great reference, and thoroughly entertaining (uh, provided you like DA, ofc :P).

And WoT2 corrects a lot of the timeline problems WoT had, which is nice.

By god, you're right. O:

That's why Sandal's always saying creepy crap. It's a dwarflet thing.

If you are into the lore, then definitely get them.  I love Vol 1, and 2 is looking to be enjoyable too.   There seems to be new info on the companions in Volume 2 as well.

SOOOO MUCH.

Some of these entries are making me cry big sobby baby tears and others are making me laugh my ass off. I don't know which is better.

They put the [the entire?] Chant of Light in volume 2. I agree, there's TOO much Andraste rabble in that book. Pretty disappointed they didn't further explore much else.

While I still recommend getting them, most of the information in the first is now on the wiki and it won't be long before the new book's information is on there too.

Nah, I recall it being said that it would take days or something to recite the entire Chant of Light.  So it isn't the whole thing.   30 pages is alot though.

I see that the first one is available for Kindle, so I might just get that. I've been meaning to put more miles on my V3.

I've heard that Loghain's wife's name has changed from Celia to Maeve.

And it says Marethari’s predecessor died in 8:82 Blessed which would make a Dalish warden about 50 as their father is the Keeper before Marathari.
