I really miss them.

What was your favorite? Can you even remember any of them? I sure as hell cant.

Expect for one.

The one in which Banshees appeared on every faction. I believe it was before platinum difficulty but not 100% on that.

I remember my least favorite, if you want: the one where we had to fight geth. Only operation I didn't do after I started playing.

The favorite would probably be lodestar...

Lodestar was the last one? We had to defeat every faction on platinum right?

Oh and the only good geth. Is a dead geth

The halloween challenge. It was unexpected and if I remember right during a week night. Pumpkins as objectives

Looking back though I wish they would have made them harder to achieve. Maybe if they included more goals and points needed within the time frame.

There was one challenge where you had to get 50k points with the Avenger... and that all the points I ever got with it. Annoyed me that I had to play with that piece of crap.

There was a time where we had to carry christmas parcels. Don't know if it was during a challenge or just christmas time.

Pretty sure there was one for getting a 15 revive medal, so everyone was dying to be "helpful" ...that was annoying. The avenger one was paired with inferno grenades right after the zaeed actor died. I liked that challenege.

I liked especially the Banshees spamming, Halloween, and Tribute. This last one was close to the end of the WE challenges and pushed me to use the Avenger, somehow it made me nostalgic. Lodestar insanity was cool too for a nice platinum factions tour with friends.

 

I think there was one I couldn't do because I hadn't unlocked the weapon needed yet, I guess it was Valkyrie.

Got into playing seriously way after challenges were already done. Which saddens me, since there are some awesome banners in there. I especially want the Hero of The Last Days one, the Stood Fast, Stood Strong, Stood Together and Heartbreaker Those three are way awesome and I'm sad knowing that I'll never have them.

I liked the Zaeed challenge the most. I wanted it so bad, I spent real $ to buy packs until I got an Inferno Grenade kit. It was worth the $20, cuz I know I unlocked some other goodies in the process before that Krogan Soldier popped up. 

 

I always regret not doing Lodestar Insanity though, cuz I didn't wanna play platinum. I was such a scrub then

I started a bit late on the challenges because I only played MP for a week after release and then took a break of several months... but got lucky and managed to earn all the banners.

That was one of my favourites. It was Operation Tribute. Where you have to play with the Avenger & Inferno Nades. So everyone was running around as KroSol or BatSol with Avengers! It was glorious! And a perfect combo since if you did need more dps, you still had the crazy cheese of Inferno Nades. (EDIT - I only had the BatSol for this challenge)

 

I missed most of these objectives. I think I started with the Geth challenge? Where I eventually switched to Reeger to help with this challenge. Even told another pug to use the Reeger for this challenge and he was like "Wow, this Reeger just melts Geth. I like." lol

Favorite?..The One where we had to get 50,000 points using Cobras....So after Friday night when I hit that goal..I kept  Spawn Nuking the entire weekend using that as the excuse...I would tell people.Hey, It's not me, It's our Weekend Challenge..Do you think I want to nuke this many things?..(Yes.) .I think I racked up around 1 million points missleing  everything for no reason.

My Zaeed has a Mattock..The weird part is somehow I unlocked him this past week (What?)  I had bought the Cerberus DLC 2 years ago and he didn't come with it and I bought a Collector's Edition..He didnt come with it either  I felt like playing some ME2 last week.I got a message saying I had to re-install Shadow Broker/Overlord/Arrival/Kasumi..pissed me off....I did then I received so much new content I never knew existed..I was a 7 year old on Xmas morning.

I did them all but one, the second one that you HAD to promote. Most of my friends at that time all hated promoting, so ignored it.

 

Halloween was fun, Lodestar for pushing people into Platinum, and all the weekend challenges that had banshees in them. All good times when I would play 12-18hrs on the weekends, So many reapers died, and also naval piercings in my collection.

Lodestar was the best for bringing the community together (and extra commendation packs.) Scrubs (myself included) asking for help to complete the platinum part of the challenge and high speed players actually stopping by to help. Good times.

 

Other than that I really enjoyed Op Alamo where we had to get a 5WS medal on Condor. While a lot of people solo'd it on bronze, a friend and I decided to pug it on gold. To say it was painful would be an understatement. Still, it was a lot of fun and we got it done on our third try and even helped some other pugs get it done afterwards. On the flip side, pugging that weekend was f*cking atrocious. Condor.. Condor everywhere.

 

Op Privateer was also a lot of fun for a few reasons: 

1) Turians and Batarians all weekend long.

2) We blew the required community goal out of the water. Surpassing it by more than 2 times.

3) Since the award for completing the allied goal was a 6th ops pack for everyone, it made you feel like a badass for contributing to the operation's success.

I missed them as I didn't really look into the multiplayer until 3 years later. I had originally dismissed it as either a forced tack on to appease COD fans and thus would suck or it was going to be good but just another look at me me me I can hack hack hack I'm as douchy as can be be be. Oh wow, what a magical challenge. Never knew about this. I'm now sad I wasn't a part of this.

I liked the one where we had to extract as a 4-of-a-species team. So much soup, Asarigasms, headbutting and batarian brofisting going on.

 

Silencer was fun because we failed miserably and for a week or so Banshees would spawn with other factions. It freaked people right out.
