...okay so uhm I hijacked my hubby's account on here because I desperate need some tips on character creation. I would ask him but then he'd ask why and it would get awkward so I wanted to ask here.

I'm trying to make a male character that looks like a girl. Doesn't have to be a bombshell or anything, I just want her to kinda look like me... my character. BioWare leaves me no other choice, I must!

I'm not sure I follow what you're asking for in this thread. Do you want help to design a character like the one in the picture or are you sharing your design?

It's very easy to do with elves, just like with the pic you provided. The male elf body also looks highly androgynous in the Skyhold PJs. They even appear to have small breasts. So elves are definitely the best at passing for male to female trans characters. 

 

Having all hairstyles available to both male and female PCs along with makeup for both allows for many options for trans characters.  

 

Female to male transgender is also very easy to do with dwarves due to female dwarves having access to facial stubble. 

 

Plus there are the adam's apple sliders available to all as well.

I did not notice there was an option to change the Adam's Apple. Awesome, the character came out perfectly. Thanks!

I am doing the same thing for Blackwall with a female to male dwarf. If the options are there, go for it.

Nothing will get between me and Dorian! Not even if it's boobs! Damn you BioWare, you go and make Mask of Zorro, Robin Hood, Prince Charming and Han Solo all meshed together to create the ultimate hunk and not even allow us to a chance at him?? Why?!
