It usually lasts 15mins before telling me "session terminated".

this is pretty much why im gonna stop playing.

ive just grown tired of it.

nobody wants to host so i start a game. around wave 2 i get a full party. we make it to wave 5. about to kill the boss. then disconnect.

i hope i can rejoin the game and kill the boss again.

Hopefully for a few months as I just started MP, but it is no where near ME, IMHO and that is fine. There is a lot of work to do, I am not sure whatthe player base was or is, it's hard finding a lobby on XB, there are constant issues connecting with a party, what really bugs me and I have a fiber connection wired to the box, we land on a map and my team is already fighting or no where near me, twice I have been killed before I could even reach them. The game has potential and I hope the patches are in the works to fix a host of issues, frig last night I was even loosing sound half way through a match.

I dunno how long it will last - but you can see that it is dying (an observable phenomena).

The DLC provided a nice surge but you can only kill dragons so many times and play the castle map so many times before getting bored again.  Plus if you get all the dragon weapons, then there is no reason to farm anymore.

To me, it looks like activity is dropping back to pre-DLC levels.

I think Witcher 3 will also have an observable effect - just like the Neverwinter MMO.

But the Publisher will answer him:

"If we want to sell more SP Downloadable content to them, we have to keep them around for as long we can milk their cash"

that's why I wrote that those 1000+ hours players are not the typical platinum spenders.

actually, nobody that isn't completely out of his mind is the typical platinum spender.

BioWare's marketing department did a baaaaaad job in my opinion

if this game has taught me anything its that for many people the phrase "too little too late" does not apply.

Maybe there should be more unique weapons that improve skills that create unique builds based on weapons/gear. We have the rings so far, but what if some weapons gave abilities different properties. The way gear is now it seems like a WoW gear level ladder, which means the weaker weapon gets to be trash. The only classes that can make use out of a very low level weapons are the dagger users, but even then their main hand weapon usually will end up being the highest level weapon they have.

Imagine a weaker 2hand maul that sometimes attack two times on auto attack (even run canceled attacks).
