Kieran is there, but the Inquisitor drank from the Well of Sorrows?

 

The Wiki explains that if Morrigan drank from the well, she can be the dragon regardless. It also says that if there's no Kieran and the Inquisitor drank, you have to defeat the Guardian of Mythal.

 

It doesn't say what happens if they meet Kieran in the fade and the Inquisitor drank, other than to say the Inquisitor restrains Morrigan when she attacks Flemeth. Is there no dragon? Do you still have to defeat the Guardian? What happens?

If Kieran is there and the Inquisitor drank for the well, you still have to go defeat the Guardian of Mythal.
