1. Hinterlands
2. Storm Coast
3. Hushed Whispers
4. In Your Heart Shall Burn
5. Fallow Mire
?
Any ideas of what order is best after that? From a story and level progression standpoint? (Kieran is the HoF's son, so Morrigan in Skyhold isn't an important factor). I'd like to do everything before heading into the Arbor Wilds, that includes JoH (I want my Inquisitor in that armor in the final fight)

Well, I just discovered this on the Wiki:
If the Warden romanced Morrigan and left with her at the end of Witch Hunt:
I have also included a note of a personal nature for Lady Morrigan and Kieran.
Please take care of my family. Morrigan is stronger and wiser than anyone else I have met, and I would not go through such effort to escape my own Calling to lose them to your Inquisition.

So we have yet another example of skipped Morrigan content if you complete Here Lies the Abyss before Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. This is quite annoying.
I guess I will have to do WEaWH before HLtA, even though the game really pushes you toward HLtA first. Perhaps the best logic is to proceed through HLtA until it's time to assault Adamant, and then begin the Civil War "arc" with the Exalted Plains and the Emerald Graves, culminating in WEaWH. And since Orlais is now stable, it's easier to move an army across the country and take the fight to one of Corypheus' military factions.
Edit: And I suppose that Here Lies the Abyss does feel more emotionally and thematically climactic, with all the revelations and potential sacrifices that are presented. Yeah, I think it does feel more late-game than Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts.

My memory is vague, so I have a question: Do you think Emerald Graves makes more sense before or after Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts? I can't remember what is discussed in that area's "main story", and my current plot progression plan has me completing four whole areas before I even tackle Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts and Here Lies the Abyss. The pacing will kill me if I do that. This can't be the way BioWare intended the game to be played. It's so annoying that they tease you with Hawke and strongly encourage you to pursue Here Lies the Abyss, and yet if you do that, then you miss out on potential Morrigan content with the Warden and additional romance content in the Hero of Ferelden's letter. Frankly, this means that Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts really should be first.
For my own sanity, I want to complete Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts before Emerald Graves, just so I can get the story moving again. Exalted Plains must come before Wicked Eyes, though, because that deals directly with some of the consequences of the war, and it serves as a nice transition into that arc. I'm also starting to wonder if it makes a lot of sense to complete Wicked Eyes and Abyss back-to-back.
