Mass Effect loyalist, Bud. Never been a fan of fantasy franchises.
So for me, I have never played Red Dead Redemption,
You have never played Red Dead Redemption? OMG! It is probably one of the best games ever, and Rockstars finest.
I have never played Zelda, Final Fantasy under Square Soft, Halo, Gears of War. Can't think of anything else.

Oh yeah, does Dragon Age count? Because outside an hour or so of Dragon Age II I haven't touched the series.

Coming to think of it, I have never played Red Dead Redemption either.
Just play 4,6,9 and 10. The rest aren't really worth your time.
Anyways I remembered that I still haven't played dynasty warriors. I should try that at some assorted point.
Nah, don't see myself playing any JRPGs outside of Atlus, least of all Final Fantasy -- There are exceptions though.
If it's been on a Nintendo system, I've basically never played it. I just never owned one as a kid growing up. I've also never played most of the ACs (I played some of AC2 - but only the first two). I dropped MSG after MGS2 trolled me though I did rent MSG3 (back when renting games was still a thing).
I haven't really played super obscure series. I guess Disgea is getting really obscure for what I've played but I don't think that counts? Ah, wait, I know, Super Robot Wars (whether fan translations or the OG brought across to NA).

Well final fantasy as a whole is pretty ehhhhhhhhhh so it's understandable.
It's a good thing they're typically seperate from each other then. FF6 and Tactics are likely the best they have.Well final fantasy as a whole is pretty ehhhhhhhhhh so it's understandable.

Guild Wars, cause I'm best not touching MMOs anymore.
Minecraft, not really my thing.
Most Sports Video Games, outside of Boxing/Tennis. And this?
Most Strategy Games like Crusader Kings, RTSes seem to work better for me though.

How have you not played the best RPG, NBA 2K14?
lol nah broHow have you not played the best RPG, NBA 2K14?

Would rather play sports in real life; I'd get more exercise out of it and boost some social bonds in the process.
Word on that. I don't have a ball or know where a court is as far as basketball is concerned though.
Mario
Sonic
Zelda until I got Majora's Mask in Febuary
Dragon Age
Call of Duty
Uncharted
Any MMO ever
Any Sport games besides Pong and anything Wii sports when I originally got the thing.
Persona(will change soon, I bought 3 and 4)
I'll play more Metroid when I can get a controller to play it properly.
Starcraft
Grand Theft Auto
Any Rockstar game
Any Rockband game
I could do this for a while.
But Ar Tonelico is a game series more people should play. Hyperdimension Neptunia is popular enough to get every game localized, so I don't feel I need to go out of my way to recommend that.
Every console exclusive franchises from the past generation.
Metal Gear, Witcher, Uncharted, Devil May Cry, Every Star Wars Game before Force Unleashed, Halo, Persona, Civilization, and yeah, a lot more that escape me at the moment.
I never got into games and gaming until I was, like, in my early late teens/early twenties. My parents were very strict with my access to games and such, I never even learned you could viably play games on the PC anymore, like that was something I thought died in the 90's, I was so sheltered. So yeah, less then half a decade to cover 2 decades of lost gamin history, I missed pretty much everything pre-2009.
Game franchises I've never played-
Uncharted
Last of Us
Infamous
Bioshock
Starcraft
Minecraft
Guild Wars
Half Life
Baulder's Gate
Pokemon
I always wanted to do Final Fantasy on the Sega Master System but that was only ever sold in Japan back in the old days and not here in Australia. The cover art and the game looked appealing.
Also never got to do Zaxxon on the Colecovision
Metal Gear would have been fun too..
Alpha Protocol would have been fun bar the ultra stupid hacking minigame . I can't get past that first computer still.

Never played Grand Theft Auto or Madden
Played most of the Resident Evil and Lego Games
Is there a Doctor simulator where you can do surgery and then chase nurses on your break?
Resident Evil and Silent Hill.
Honestly outside the BioWare/Bethesda/Obsidian crpg/wrpg scene I'm really not into most series. (I'm rather picky with games).
Never played:
The Witcher (the fixed protagonist thing...yeah)
Killer Instinct 2013 (don't have an Xbox One but damn does it look good!)
Mortal Kombat X (doesn't come for last-gen consoles till June 30)
Post Vice City Grand Theft Auto (Saints Row is my GTA)
Planescape: Torment (I don't know if it's 'major' but its heavily acclaimed)
What I do have (but few talk about):
Pillars of Eternity
Wizardry 8
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (get around the mechanics and its actually a real gem, very rp heavy and replayable)
Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader (kind of hard to get into, the mechanics suck)
Icewind Dale series (the overshadowed half-sibling of Baldur's Gate)
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (fun combat system too)
I'd venture to add Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Fallout and the Elder Scrolls series to that list considering most people I've talked to have never played a wrpg in their life (you say 'rpg' and they think Kingdom Hearts, Zelda, Final Fantasy or some other jrpg...)
