I'm missing 1 region in both Crestwood and the Emerald Graves. I've pretty much gone through every single explorable surface that I can possibly see in both locations but haven't managed to find that one last region, so I'm starting to think it might be a glitch.

And before you ask, yes, I did find South Road in Crestwood. I know that's usually the region that's frequently missed by people but I have that already.

 

I wish there was a way to actually LIST the regions I have, but I don't think there is without me having to go to all of them manually. >_< If anyone can tell which regions I'm missing from the maps I posted, please let me know. Thanks.

I think i know what you're missing:

 

For Crestwood you're missing the East Side Hills region, which will only be accessible when you do Sera's companion Quest The Verchiel March.

 

And in Emerald Graves you're missing Din'an Hanin, which will be accessible after Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts for the side quest The Knight's Tomb. (take Solas with you when you go there, he has cool stuff to tell you  )

It may be East Side Hills, but that region is accessible normally from Crestwood, just turn left from the starting camp.
 

And in Emerald Graves you're missing Din'an Hanin, which will be accessible after Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts for the side quest The Knight's Tomb.

Dinan Hanin is not an EG region. My current character has not done WEWH, and he has all EG regions.

Ah, yeah, my bad I meant Elgar'nan's Bastion, which is the entrance region for Din'an Hanin.

For some reason, "New Crestwood Docks" always seems to be the last Crestwood region I find. I usually hit it after finishing Still Waters while on my way to inform the Spirit of Command that its objective is complete.

There's a tiny sliver of cliff face, north of the dragon fight (Tower something?) that I only noticed scaling the cliffs.  Have you done the quest to scatter ashes yet?
