It is a little known fact that explosive ammo's power increases over 9000 when paired with the Medigel Transmitter.

^ There also seems to be no reason to use Falcon when Venom is available.
Human Engineer makes better use of the Falcon. Or at least he does the way I play him - I use hard cover quite a bit if I have line of sight on a load of enemies, getting endless explosions and/or tech bursts. The Venom messes with that in more ways than one.

You're welcome.
It does like 100 more base damage on charged shots but doesn't get that delicious 3.0x headshot multiplier (or headshots at all) and fires slower. Other than that they feel pretty similar to me, apart from the fact that the graal sounds awesome and the toaster gun sounds like its just finished making pop tarts. They both stagger mooks almost every time when animation cheating isn't involved, but the graal seems to be better at staggering bosses because a headshot will cause a bigger damage spike (esp vs crabs).
GPS was hilariously OP in ME2 though.
Like just for that. ![]()
And yes, GPS was crazy OP in ME2. Toaster from Hades!
I use it on my melee Krentinel all the time. Great weapon.
Good gun, but I personally have a problem that makes my finger tire from holding it down for extra damage all game.
first you take the brawler, give it a graal with omni blade...
not sure what step 3 is, but things die.

Step 3 would be Melee Gunblade

Oh, another Kenny Bania. What are you going to do next, practice ovaltine jokes? Start avoiding BSN lobbies? Retire?
Graal got heavy buffs, while GPS got none as far as I remember.
10% damage and the headshot multiplier, in one change.
It was one of the better weapons against Cerberus even at release though.
I would slap the Smart Choke on it, because I like the extra accuracy at times.

Just charging it increases accuracy freeing a slot for some other implement. Depending on kit, it's usually thermal clip and high caliber barrel or omni blade for me. Smart choke seems a waste on it much like piercing mods on a GPS.

Try shooting at the wall from some distances and see what you think first. It becomes damn near a Crusader with smart choke, almost too accurate for my tastes. You can still put every fletchette into a head sized hit box from a ways out without the smart choke if you ADS. I find I miss more with the smart choke than without it at times I'll cleave an enemy with part of the pattern and then drill them in the face with the follow up shot. I use the thing on the Turian Sent and can just wade through mobs and take their souls by hipfiring it. Highly satisfying weapon to use.

B-but...I like pop tarts... ![]()

And that's like what? 25% more damage on headshots? Probably more. 33%?
It is relative. There wasn't as much power creep, shieldgate was 100%, there weren't many damaging stagger weapons...

Arc Pistol didn't exist in it's present form either.

Rapidly crunching the numbers...
If you roll back the 10% damage and headshot multiplier, Graal X can still oneshot all current Gold and Platinum Cerberus units.
Step 3 would be Melee Gunblade
No, that's step 3.5. Step 3 is "Cast Lash from melee range."
