Tried it, didn't stick.

It doesn't have the sort of story quality that would hook me, from what I've seen of it. I might pick it up eventually, but yeah, that's what compels me to drop full price on games, personally.
I own it on Pc, and have barely touched it. I don't recommend it especially over games the size of DA (all DA games)

Don't see how DA's time is done by it

D:OS is a really good game and I look forward to the new edition. I still put DAI as my game of 2014 though and it's DAI I'm still playing not D:OS.

Video games are akin to dynasties, you see, and Dragon Age: Inquisition has been toppled by barbarian Divinities from the northern realms.
Or something.
The North doesn't remembers at this time ![]()

D:OS is a great tactical game that loses it flavour quickly after 10 hours and the momentum is gone. Where DA:I is the opposite. I enjoy both, but they are not really comparable as they try different things and both succeed at some. Why are everyone so concerned with everything? Just play what you like and don't play what you don't like.

I started playing it but found the story and characters really bland. Have to say I was rather disappointed after seeing so many rave reviews. Maybe it gets better after the first few hours, though. The conversation system is also kind of awkward and pointless if you're in single-player mode. Either your two characters agree all the time and your roleplaying comes out very flat, or you spend a lot of time arguing with yourself through the medium of rock-paper-scissors.
I do plan to go back and finish it sooner or later, and I did like the 'talk to animals' talent a lot. Being able to chat with every dog and cat you see and pick up quests from them was a neat idea. And the cats were more interesting than most of the humans.

So pretty much like real life then? ![]()

What does "Divinity: Original Sin" has to do with DeviantArt? There is and has always been other art sites so I'm not sure why their time would be done and I'm not seeing the connection between the title and the thread content.

Come back after a long time away from BSN and the first thread title I see is this one.
BSN will never change will it?

Not until the heat death of the universe, no.

Ya I keep wondering why I come back, I would say it's due to the connections I've made, but I haven't made any

This thread is being closed because it is not about DA Inquisition.
