I don't know which dark magic Flemeth cast upon my file, but I seem to be getting all the good stuff. Here's a new one, in which our friendly neighborhood requisition officer showcases her dedication to the cause even in the deepest of sandy distresses.

I've had that happen to me once or twice. Just reload the game.

I've seen this glitch several times, and I always want the option to say 'are you all right? Did somebody bury you up to the neck because you kept asking them for spider venom?'

 

It's not as funny as the time Bull stayed on fire after a dragon fight, though. He wasn't taking damage, just ... flaming. I like to imagine my Inquisitor asked him if he was OK and he responded 'I AM GREAT. THIS IS THE GREATEST.'

I actually save the clip and use ShareFactory to create a more polished upload, however I am under no illusion that I will become a great "YouTuber" because of it hehe.

Blackwall lost his head (literally) after I grabbed and looked at the loot from a giant in JoH.  Similar to this:

 

 

The rest of the party lost their helmets and their hair.  Removing the helmet brought his head back.  Putting the helmet on removed the head again.  This fixed itself after a short while.  I guess it only happens when you have hats/helmets showing in the Options.

That's not a glitch. That's exactly what those annoying officers deserve.

Coincidentally, it also happens if you don't retrieve him from jail.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it is the requisition officer.

What's even funnier is that oftenly one of my party members end up stomping on her. 

"Guys... Guys! Why, oh why can't you stay still?!"

Above sentence applies to many situations, not only the one with our dear requisition officer.

I love how your options are "Not right now" or "Report."

Neither very helpful to your poor officer.
