I find myself wanting to make Sera one of my most powerful companions (Clearly no one can be stronger than Bull... ) ....she seems be an ok archer what with her specialization, but i feel like a perfect DW build is out there...any suggestions?

I like this build for Sera. I use a modified version of it whenever I decide to turn her into a dagger rogue (or if I am a tempest)

I don't bother getting her Looked like it hurt (or Caltrops) since she gets a damage bonus when she has less than 50% stamina (Fury of the Storm Passive)

Poisoned Weapons is entirely optional. I don't find it very useful myself.

I don't usually get the Ambush passive until after I get Easy to Miss, since it reduces threat and helps her survive longer.

I would set all of her flasks to preferred in the tactics menu so she uses them a lot and gets the damage bonus from Fury of the Storm

Setting Stealth to preferred also helps her to remove aggro from herself

I would also craft her armour that gives guard on hit if you are playing on Nightmare.
