I had to lol at the level 20 one - the cap could be level 30 and you might still see me in routine...you level because of the amount of XP  you earn, not necessarily because you are good. I rarely play outside of routine and I've promoted 5 characters and have two more on the cusp.  I'm sure people wonder in the lobby, why my level 18 Avaar is in routine, and then we start playing...and I run off the ramp and land in the water, or fall in the hole, or....and they wonder no more  

 

Again, if you have been an innocent bystander in the disaster that is my MP, I apologize.  Probably doesn't help much, but know I am enjoying myself immensely and giggling...until I return to an empty lobby...that makes me sad, but I understand lol
