Okay so about half way through my game I decided to start a new game and load a slightly different world state. Only the new world state will not load correctly and I am getting wired miss fires both in the game and in Keep.
For example:
My new game had Alistair as King, the Warden was alive, Connor was alive, Alistair showed up at the end of In Hushed Whispers by himself.
While in Keep when I checked on my copy of my current play through:
both Alistair and the warden were dead, even though in the companions section of Tapestry he was king, and the Landsmeet section showed him as King with Anora
I have looked on all the troubleshooting sections to try and figure this out. I have even uninstalled both Origin and DA:I to try and fix this. I have checked the time stamps, made sure that my firewall is letting both Origin and DA:I through. I have done everything but create a new Origins account. EA has no advice or fix for this other than to say there is some really strange data corruption occurring during the data transfer from Keep to DA:I
The first time I imported my custom world state it worked like I charm and the only thing I had to fix where the tiles for my custom Warden and Hawke so that the right names and faces showed. Everything else in terms of my choices transferred just fine. Now I can't get anything to import correctly.
Though the idea of Alistair as a zombie king is kinda helping my cope.
I also noticed this problem in my first playthrough when I played the Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts main quest. The first time I played that quest I played to unlock the Belle of the Ball Achievement, but then I went back through that quest to have the Briala/Gaspard outcome and deleted the previous saves in DA:I. When I looked at the copy of my playthrough in Keep after that, Celene was both dead and ruling Orlais alone, while the Grand Duchess was alive.
Has anyone had a similar problem? How did you fix it? Did you fix it?
