This is stupid but I can't find Cole in Skyhold to chat with him. I have done a few quests with him, but can't find him when I'm running around. Where does he hang out??

He's at the top floor of the tavern. Turn right when you climb the stairs.

If you look at your map in Skyhold, it'll show everyone's locations. I do wish Blackwall would actually be where's he's supposed to be though. 70% of the time he's doing a vanishing act at the stables, though he's actually still there!
